A dozen paragraphs of flannel mate.  I don't care who you "work for" you are intruding on the private life of people in their homes.  When any of us install a telephone we  do NOT want annoyed by unsolicited phone calls, you are no better than a doorstep salesman!  I actually did  tell your "interviewer" TWICE to refrain from calling but it did not stop. That makes you a liar my friend!

Called several times from this number..i refuse to answer unrecognised tel nos as i have voicemail anything important they can leave a message  which they have never done...i called the number to be greeted by a pre rcorded message which says they are called FAX international ..calling them selves a leading market research company...i have an android phone you can download an app called mr number which you can use to block any telephone number you may have to let the the number ring out first when they call you back but after that it should help stop a call from the same number...unfortunately as companies like this can use several exhcanges their number may change...but at least this app helps

Very pleased I never answer a call from a number I don't know !!! No message left and after some digging about it's a research company called www.facts.uk.com. so worrying how these companies get your details I shall be blocking this number and contacting my bank to give the details of this nuisance 😁

TPS are in regard to Sales & Marketing calls.     This is reported to be market research.     Check with TPS.

Marketing number ignore and block number if you can.

Got a call from this number and a "lady?" giving her name as Caroline said that she was calling from Synergy and-got no further as she was told to stop pestering people, get a proper job, and to go to a place called "OFF".

Just answered a call from this number, asking for my wife (by name). Male caller English (London??) accent claimed to be conducting a customer satisfaction survey on behalf of 'her bank'.  I asked 'which Bank would that be, then'  (all our accounts are joint) to which he replied that was confidential and he could only discuss with 'Mrs Rob, Edinburgh'.  Told him he'd better call back, well.  Will ensure she reads this thread, in case he does!!

Good for you "grumpy" that's exactly the the way to deal with this lot. I tried being nice and asking them not to call back but it didn't work. Give them a mouthful mate. It probably wont stop them calling again but man the satisfaction of telling them to have "sex and travel" is great.

They called at after 8pm. I wasn't who they were after. They said they were from the bank. That was it. I come here and get freaked out about scams because of the red flags in all these complaints. Damn them.

Called today, left no message, so I phoned them.  Turns out to be "Facts International" - a market research outfit.  What a nuisance these people are !

I had a phone call yesterday evening on the landline, asking for my husband by name.  Since he wasn't around, I asked who was calling, and she said it was an independent research company calling on behalf of his bank (she did not specify which bank).  I said I thought it extremely unlikely that he would have authorised his bank to give out his contact details to outside agencies, and asked who they were.  She said they were Nunwood.  Now, I have heard of Nunwood, since I do a number of online surveys, and some of them are on behalf of Nunwood, which is a respectable company;  so I told them we would check with the bank and if they were kosher we would tell the bank to tell them they could call us again.

Today we went into the bank (NatWest) who said they have never heard of Nunwood, and also said they would never give out customers' details without authorisation.  Clearly, the woman who claimed they were Nunwood must have been lying.

Which leaves us wondering how on earth they got the information to ring us - because the landline is not in my husband's name, it is in mine!

I was called by no. 01233648537, the called claimed to be calling on behalf of RBS and was looking to carry out a 15-20 min survey - clearly wanting me to hang up?? Not sure what they are up to hopefully not trying to access bank details etc!

This no is a pest caller trying to arrange appts for Martin Dixon Ltd.  I got the whole 5 mins non-stop speel then when I asked who they were they hung up.  Martin Dixon is on 01482 574174.  When I called them they confirmed they had a an apt arranger in Motherwell who fits the no.  If you nare unhappy call "Patrick" on 07581 071 649.  He is very unpleasant and will get just as irate as you are to receive his calls.

Called last night but didn't leave a message, After dialing 1471 got this number

Daytime call asking for my wife and claiming to be from her bank. When I asked which bank he said that was confidential and could only be told to her. I told him 'wrong answer' (since our only bank account is a joint one) and terminated the call.

Just had a call - someone claiming to be from my bank, but who refused to say which bank until I had confirmed my name.
Obvious scam.

Just had two calls from this number withing 30 minutes of each other. First time I pretended to be hard of hearing and the woman hung up after I kept asking her to repeat herself. Seems it did not deter her from ringing again. I didn't answer. I can't understand how these calls get past TPS, seems its a waste of time.
