Number called me and didn't speak

Two missed calls googled the number and was then worried about calling back.

its an independent survey company ringing about your relationship with Natwest/RBS.  would be better if they emailed you an online survey to stop the annoying calls with no answer phone message.

They  called. I did not recognise the number so let machine get it. No message left.

Received call on home phone from 01233648537, but no response when I answered.   Anticipating they would eventually connect me to a human, I held on, but the call was hung up after about 20 seconds of holding.
I called the number back and got a recorded message saying it was Facts International / Fax International ??  calling with Market Research Survey and saying there was no need to call them back.   Also gave an alternate number to contact them 01233648453, but this number was again an answer machine a=saying there was nobody to take my call and to leave a message.

Got the same species of call on both my phones...which are registered on the TPS. So they are breaking the law. Did not speak to the caller but advised my wife to tell them they are criminals. They mentioned NatWest and tax to my missus.

Just rang my mobile, TrueCaller identified it as spam so I ignored it. Within 2 seconds it rang again. I'm blocking it on my phone. I am a member of several survey sites, however, they ALWAYS let you know if they're ringing you and you have to give them permission to do so.
So, unless you filled out a survey and gave permission to be contacted do not answer your phone.

Just to clarify - RBS/Natwest do use a Third Party Service company to do customer satisfaction checks.  Because the call recipient has a business relationship with the bank then making the call does not break TPS rules unless  you have specifically told the bank that you do not want such calls. And if the call is not answered by the recipient but the spouse or partner, then the caller cannot say which bank it is because that would breach data protection rules and customer confidentiality. The TP may well use the standard dialler systems which means that calls are made then put through to the caller when answered which means if there is not at an agent available it will fail - although a decent dialler system should play an explanatory recording

Someone from this number phoned, no message left.

Received a call from this number on my mobile - no message left. Only Orange (EE) and my Bank have my mobile number, which I specified was not to be used by "Junk" callers - very frustrating!

Several missed calls recently.  Phone rang just as I was about to dial a number so I answered despite not recognising the number.  They knew and confirmed my full name at the start but they then started a spiel (very well spoken unlike most scam calllers).  I just hung up.  Does TPS mean nothing to these trolls!!!

They called. They didn't leave a message

Said they worked for Tesco mobile asking for surveys on their customer feedback. They knew I had recently called them and wanted to know if they could ask a few questions.  Try strange and clearly not legit. I said no and they said they would phone tomorrow. Gonna block their number so they can't.

A call from this Ashford based number while I was out....no message left though...!...no worth answering next time they call then..!

Nuisance call

This number is one telephone number of  battery used by pension fraudsters stalking your pension.I have told themon a hundred occassions that I have no interest but they keep calling rotating the number.
