They are fax international, an M.R.S partner.  Leading market researchers. I rang them straight back and that is what the answer phone said.  

Definitely telepests ignoring TPS guidelines. If possible record their calls and upload to YOU Tube and Soundcloud with a "Facts International" (their name) tag. A similar firm was recently fined over a quarter of a million pounds for harassment and false representation and it would be nice to see these people treated similarly.

I had an identical call and she refused to divulge from which Bank age was calling

Received numerous calls from this company, I eventually answered and male stated he was from NatWest then immediately changed saying Royal Bank of Scotland, asked me if I had time to take a 15 minute survey, when I stated I did not have the time he shouted "neither do I [***]".  Tried calling the company back to tell him who the real [***] was but doesn't take incoming calls. TPS waste of time,

had a call from this number this morning cold calling  wanting help with questionaire claiming to be independent on behalf of Nat West Bank.! I declined as i dont think  any Bank would divulge customer details. i will report this to my branch.tomorrow.I told them person thety wanted is abroad.Next time i will say he;s in the garden -twenty minutes later-he;s still in the garden!!!Get it!!

For the last few weeks I keep recieving calls about 5 times a day. I used to answer but they hang up so I have stopped answering. They are becoming a huge nuisance and the calls are increasing. I am getting the calls at random times of the day late into the night. Bloody pest leave me alone it's harrassement!!!

A man from number 01233648537 called and saying that he is from a bank ------something wrong with him:(

Caller said he was from Tesco Mobile, and wanted to do a survey on my recent experience with getting help with hardware.  As I said I hadn't had to ask for such help, he apologised and rang off.

The caller was a woman with an English accent who sounded about 45. She sounded stand-offish right from the start. She asked if she was speaking to me by my correct name, so she's got a good database whoever she is. She said she was calling from "the bank" to do a customer satisfaction survey. I immediately asked "which bank?" as 99% of phone calls to my landline are spammers so I don't trust any of them. She said she couldn't tell me which bank until I confirmed who I was. I said I wouldn't say who I was until she said which bank. We both repeated this a couple of times then I hung up on her.

A close relative recently had money stolen off her by the trick where someone rings up pretending to be the bank and asks them close personal details. My relative hung up then rang her bank, but the original caller had stayed on the line and played a dial tone down the phone to trick her into thinking she was dialling her bank. She gave her personal details; they stole money from her bank account within seconds.

If the caller today really was legitimate then it's encouraging people to fall for bank scammers.

IT Survey, takes 10 min....  I said no thanks.

Harassing me with seven calls a day for the past month.

Yep this company sure os a pain in the assets ( of NatWest or who ever)
Started getting calls last year and have an oldish Panasonic phone that allows you to block incoming phone numbers that constantly try to phone. All they hear is an engaged tone, we don't hear the call at all so it's a win win for me. I only know which blocked calls I've (sadly) ;) missed when I scroll through the past 20 incoming calls.
Had one last night at 20:15 just found out karma!

Say there calling  to do a survey about bank, or are they just after your details..........

I too receive calls from this number and they never leave a message on my answering machine.  Caller preference seems not to work.

19.50 tonight, call from someone asking for me by name, claiming to be carrying out a survey on behalf of RBS, which would take 20 minutes.  20 minutes?!!!  Clearly data gathering, wouldn't speak to her tonight so she's phoning back tomorrow afternoon, by which time I'll have had a chance to speak to RBS.  Thank you all for this forum ... we can never be too educated!
