glad i googled,thought it was likely to be a scam

Got to be scam !

I recieved the same, but free cheese it's only for mice. It's really scam.

I got the same this morning on 05/09/08. Looks like they are still trying there luck.

i got this crap mail in my door on 09.09.08.£32,500 for theme if we take them up on it. so just put it in the bin.

I got the same card today... I'm glad that I google the telephone number....

Received a slip today from Survey uk i thought that i would have a look on the web and found this site already ripped up and put in the dustbin.

I phoned Trading Standards and they asked me to post the slip to them straight away as well as phone the local press. The cut off date for claiming is next Monday. Told them I was worried that vunerable people may well be tempted re the large "prize money" involved.

What a bunch of complete rats doing that!

Hope Trading Standards catch up with them.

They're still sending out slips, someone must be falling for their scams for them to be making money and keep this venture going. They had my name on the envelope which is why I opened it.

Got Same card today with number 01242695001.....Nothing changes as other people described Syntex. Dont bother calling them. Fantastic work guys, to let every one know abouth these scammers. I feel sorry for those who dont have access to internet. 1000% SCAM

Yeah Yeah Yeah...... i to have recieved such a not through the door today 25/09/08. what a load of poo. But i'm not silly oh no.. I rang them though and got a free 32 inch Samsung LCD TV. Fantastic..... NOT...... i didn't bother but have just got a nice new Nokia 8800 silver for 30 quid. Now thats great...

I got one of these slips through the door today too.Cut off date is 30th september. Haven't phoned and dont intend to.

Got the compliments slip etc today in Ashford. Thanks for the avice...I will not be wasting my time and money ringing them!

yeah i had the same thing through my door - Glad I looked here first saved me making a call.

(West Midlands)  I've also had exactly the same come through the post and I know for sure I aint gonna call 'em.
I think its a seedy way of making a living and I feel it for the ones who may have fallen for it.
Obviously these people don't know how to make an honest living.

Same card received today in Kingston Upon Hull, addressed like many others to "Mr/Mrs....".  It looks to me they have bought the Electoral Register, which is why they don't have my name as I always tick the Business Anonymity box for everyone in the household.  It is about time someone stopped the government and councils selling our personal details.

Another here who is glad they googled the number, i got the letter today in kettering Northamptonshire, dont think i would of rang it anyway but certainly wont be now

Comes with 'Congratulations' you have won a gift...says the number to call is at 'normal telephone rate'

Received a letter this morning didn't have my name on it just said Mr/Mrs inside there was a blue slip saying congratulations this number has drawn one of the gifts donated by local business, it said to ring this number 01242695001 Monday to Friday and to write down the gift comfirmation number. I must admit i was tempted to ring but decided to pump the information into the net to see if it was for real and not a scam! Glad i did though, they nearly conned me and i bet lot's of other vunerable people have believed it. Anyway into the bin it goes!!!
