I just read on about this number , scamming pikeys, and i am also on orange so i think it's maybe time to ask orange how come someones getting all our numbers!!!

got a missed call from this number today. glad i was aware enough not to call back and checked on this website

Had call on mobile wanting me to confirm my postal code ect when wanted my credit card number to put money back on my card. Told this girl called hazel I did not trust what she was saying and for confirmation they were legit I should contact company house, which I did. yes they are registered but they dont know what they trade in.
Dont give them any infomation

Phone rang twice then comes up missed call. Didn`t bother ringing them back.

they said I was due some rebate on PPI Payments. I asked what for and they said mortgage and credit card payments to which u replyed I didn't have a mortgage or credit card and they hung up!!

Also got a call from this 01253 750929

They said they were "TPL" and I was due some rebate on PPI Payments. When I said I was unaware I paid any PPI they hung up!!

As per all the other messages logged on here - is a scam - DON'T give them your details!!!

Exactly the same - except i fell for it. Within 5 mins I rang my bank to cancel it as felt uneasy - but a payment of £60 was already pending. Have now cancelled my card and will be reporting them. Bank are hopeful that I will get money back! Robbing Gits!!!

Got called but didn't answer, so checked the number on google. Found 11 pages of feedback on this site. Read through them. Have now added the number to my contacts as 'Scammer', so should be an interesting next call. As for other comments, by now someone must have arecord on a statement of where the transactions go, so they can report this as fraud. Also, report it to your telephone company as soon as possible. they have the record of the numbers that called you typically, and will often take independant action to stop this happening to other customers.

I got a call from this number today at 15 02, they hung up when I answered after the 3 ring.

this number called a colleague at work and as i heard her on the phone giving her card details i recalled that someone had emailed me details of the scam the wk before. I told her and she called her credit card company straight away. in the time it took for her to get through to Tesco Credit Card the scammers (this time calling themselves TTL) had tried to take the £59.99 instead of rebating as they said they said they were going to.

Just had a call from this mob, hung up when they heard my voice, so I Googled the No. and I'm amazed to find all these stories. Scumbags.

just had call from this lot of scum. When i answered they hung up. How come they have been able to carry on with this scam so long?? Dothe mobile phone companies get a cut from them?

Same here,they've just called me (4pm on Thu 11/2/10 ) with what sounds like a recording of a call-centre in the background...all to add supposed authenticity to their SCAM. What can be done about this, has anyone informed the police ?

Got a missed call from these scammers at lunch time.
Phoned the number back as it looked like normal number
only to be told they were closed and would be open between
10am & 5pm Monday to Friday. It was 13:05 when I rang!!
Maybe the fraud squad have been in so they turned their
phone's off lol.

Their still on the go, they just called me just now.  I read this and called them back saying it was a scam, the woman agreed and hung up on me.  Needs reported to the Police.

I had a call from them at 15:38Hrs. Tried calling back but just got the recorded message.
