It needs as many people as possible to report them, preferably to the person named in the post higher up this page.  If they are not reported then the MOJ doesn't know what they are doing.  If you read some earlier posts on here the Blackburn telephone number is faked and this lot are operating out of Spain.  However, they claim to be registered with the MOJ and, if they are still asking for money on first contact, even if they call it membership, they are breaking the law.  It was mentioned on the news earlier this week that the number of Claims Management Companies has dropped from 2500 to 1700 in June this year so it looks like a lot of the law breakers have cut and run.  Let's hope we can now get rid of the rest.

AIMS, I wish I had never encountered the scamming outfit. Currently, preparing a legal case against them which is stressful on my part. As I absolutlely refuse to pay the invoice. Claims court here we come. All advise would be most appreciated.

I am an ex Management Consultant, who got scammed by the company & I regret taking on their supposed services and I am so embrassed that I fell for their so called professional outfit. Interesting article on AIMS REVIEW, published July 15th 2013. Bad Karma seems to always follow in Adam Bennett’s path. What comes around goes around, when will the man learn. Interesting as well, his assets are no means amazing either, cash flow negative. Hence, the flee to Spain.

Apparently, they hire UK staff on short term contracts in Spain and of course cold call UK potential victims. Adam Bennett, I would like to see you hung, drawn & quartered. Not only have you scammed me, but so many others. Rest assured, you will go down in a matter of time. And it's good to see another of your companies in liquidation with Grant Thornton.

If you wanna see why AIMS International went into liquidation see the judgment on this High Court Case  HC10C03997.  The judgment was issued 31st July I dont think its available yet but enjoy the read. Fingers crossed they are all going down if the City o London Police get their fingers out!

It just gets better.... I'll keep my eye out for the High Court Case #. So if the City of London Police are involved, why aren't the MOJ & FOS? AIMS, the entire umbrella company have been scamming for too long.
