- mollthedollI have beeen called from Aims today by a very pushy salesman claiming that I could receive
£13,300 back from my previous mortgages & store cards. Most reviews seem to mention that they are
asked for £250.00 to proceed with the claim back. I however was only asked for £199.50 but I was very strong
in my discussion that I wasn't prepared to pay up front. I was continually badgered for the fee & eventually Sam slammed the phone down on me. I have been scammed before so I am always on the alert. I followed this up by checking on the internet & lo & behold ......a lot of b.....y scammers.- Caller: AIMS REVIEW

The sooner they and the other PPI scam artists are locked away, the better! - kevin a replies to Ha Hahi got scammed on monday told my credit card company today they have frozen payment while they look into these crooks they say i dont have to pay told them about this web site
- kingmakerThe membership fee is not for PPI. The 250 is for all services provided. (they are not allowed by law to sell the reclaim for a 250 fee) However, once you sign up to AIMS they will phone you regarding all their other services, including insurance. Their policy is to provide you with savings in areas such energy and insurance. If they can do then you will never get your 250 back. In other words if you make savings on your energy bills then your membership fee will never be returned after 12 months. To them it is just cash flow.
Remember, To perform this service AIMS require consent from the MOJ. Now if the if you are called through a marketing process and request that your number be removed then under UK law your number has to be removed. If it is not then that company has broken the law.. Their Spanish number is 0034952835501. Michael Salter is one of the directors as is Thomas william Edwardson. Michael Costello works there also. By the way they are registered in Gibraltar. So if they make money off you?
No one called "Harry" works at AIMS. Just REMEMBER GUYS IF THEY CALL YOU 1 MORE TIME AFTER YOU REQUEST TO HAVE YOUR NUMBER REMOVED THEY HAVE BROKEN UK LAW. - kingmakerIf this company was so legitimate why do they have to operate their call center in Spain?
- kingmakerAlso, AIMS don't know if you have a claim at all. It's just pure marketing. They apparently have a partnership with Barclays and other banks to clear the back log of PPI claims. SO just ask your bank. Also, don't trust anyone who calls you regarding your claim.AIMS generate business through telemarketing processes (hence why they are in Spain) Do it yourself. It's not hard. But only call a company that has a proper website. Showing every number of their available offices. Even if they charge for the service at least you know that itś all in writing (a company will always charge for their service) but make sure they have a proper website which confirms who they are.
Just ignore marketing calls. Because you have no idea who they are and THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHO YOU ARE! - Alzheimers sufferers beware| 1 replyThese monsters have scammed my 90 year old Alzheimers dad for £299 and claim not to be able to refund the money unless I call WITH him nearby or get him to call them with permission to talk to me, neither of which is possible/feasible. Scum.

Also if they breached the terms and conditions of their licence see MOJ Claims Regulation website for details. Also if you paid £250 to AIMS REVIEW and then AIMS RECLAIM have invoiced you get solicitors advice and/or contact MOJ URGENTLY. Hope this helps
