- Mark PottsThis is a scam. Instead of paying this company money find out for yourself if you are eligible for a PPI refund by going to this website: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance#faq

- GotchaGot a call from A.I.M?S PPI recovery, checked them out, sounded good. Did other checks, reported to TPS and consumer advice. Thanks to all the messages on here never parted with anything. Did string them along a bit but I am terminally ill with cancer, perhaps they deserve the hassle too. Had a bit of fun. My advice stay well clear, if you got a claim do it you're self it's supposed to be easy.
Have a got day- Caller: A.I.M.S PPI recovery

- Doreen| 5 repliesI got phoned by a lady and got told to press number 5 by a lady, did so as was sick of phone calls and got put through to a man who called from aims review who when I asked gave me all details including the number and licence number.. Ive got a loyds credit card which I have had for about 20 years or so. As I got called and had never herd ppis I automatically thought it was a scam. After speaking to a young man who said it had been sold to people when it shouldn't have been, and also told me to check it out online I thought id do so. After AI gave my master card 16 digit number I felt such a fool,I then received another call from the same company just confirming I was happy to proceed with membership and to confirm there's a money back guarantee. My son told me to cancel when he found out but after doing my own research and noticing that the ppi is a real thing I though I would carry on. I can confirm I have had 3 claims back for my PPI,a injury claim and also saved me £6.50 a month on my home insurance. Thank you aims review, for the people who read this they have helped me out. I am going to write directly to the ministry of justice with my membership number i got from aims confirming the good work so I cant see this company being a scam really? I'm happy to explain everything and how we used the membership.. doreenandian@hotmail.com id really recommend this company baring in mind they charge 25% but it saved alot of work. Ive read the comments and this ministry of justice why didn't they stop the banks from miss selling a insurance to me when I was retired, can they be trusted?

- opijni replies to Doreen| 4 repliesOk Doreen, so you had not heard of PPI until this company called you unexpectedly? Have you been living under a rock in another solar system for the past few years? Come on Dor, I really want to believe you are not one of the scammers, but the more I read your post the more I have to conclude you are collaborating with this fraud. The other two posts above yours are clearly written by the company. All three of you fail to explain why, as a happy customer of AIMS, you decide to post your recommendation of this company here on a site designed for logging nuisance calls from telemarketers, scammers and other cold callers? It is commendable that these more recent posts are less gushing in their praise as the previous bogus recommendations - it shows you are learning and adapting. Unfortunately these measures have come too late as everyone knows this company is a scam!
- Ha Ha replies to opijniI agree totally
- Doreen replies to opijni| 2 repliesWell I dont want to be part of this im a 67 year old lady, and to answer your question unfortunately when you type this company into Google the only thing that comes up is this,If you have not had a good experiences with aims then I suggest you contact the ministry of justice but Like the other two posts every company cant please everyone. I mean surely you would have known about the financial ombudsman which do this service for free..? So why are you on here, all I can say is they helped us and I had never herd of this company and would have never have found them, but why would I know about ppis, like I said im 67 Ive been retired for a few years why would I thing a insurance to cover me if i lost my job would be on a credit card? The reason im writing on here is beacuse you do too,and I bet you have not been with the company. If you have you report aims review!!
- doreen replies to Doreento the Ministry of Justice but I bet the banks are still around... They why these company's and this websites exist.
- Nan replies to DoreenYou know about the Financial Ombudsman, but have NEVER heard of PPI? Every second advert on TV is about PPI, it's in the newspapers and on the news,so as Opijni says, you must have been living on an alien planet for the past few years. You may have heard the old saying, "If you are in a hole, stop digging". If this company is so wonderful, why is its "website" a pop-up on a websiute covering businesses in Northern Ireland? Why does the pop up have only a name and telephone number and no information? I am considerably older than you and I certainly know about PPI.
- peter blackwell| 2 repliesthink I have been scammed by ppi reclaim . They asked for £250 up front. like an idiot i gave card details. They reckon I can claim £2400. BUT this sum appears to apply to the world having read feedback on the net.

- Tom replies to peter blackwellTry and get your money back via your card provider, why would you give your details to a stranger on the phone?
Claiming PPI back is easy refer to either money saving expert or which websites for more info. This way you will get all your money back instead of paying these parasites to do it. That's if they are legit it could be an advance fee scam but how are you to know without doing due diligence first. - Ha Ha replies to peter blackwellPeter, if this was their first call to you and they took your card details contact the Ministry of Justice. It is a condition of their licence that they no longer do this. If everyone reports them the licence will be withdrawn and these scum will go out of business. Make a difference report them now.

- Nia OwenMy husband has warned me about companies like this and I was very wary, but I was persuaded to part with £250 this afternoon. I was told that they had it on record that I was entitled to a large sum of money due to being mis sold payment protection. They said that due to the large number of claims made at the moment that I needed to respond urgently as the money pot set aside by the bank was about to run out. I was very cautious and asked lots of question and even looked up the company on the internet, but unfortunately did not spot this page at the time, otherwise I would not have parted with my money. Please do what you can to stop these people.

- Rob BramleyMy 75 year old mother in law received a call from these scammers they persuaded her to have a full financial check and to claim for stone ppl's. She parted with £250 up front I have rang them up, they take absolutely ages to answer. The woman said I was calling blackburn but I think it was abroad cause they have an address in Gibraltar. The mother in law said they rang her but the woman said it was an auto generated call where you have to select an option. Either way it's illegal to send an auto generated call without recipients permission.
