Hi , I was one of the people who scammed , my husband got the phone call on the month of October 2,011 he was on the phone and told me to get my card as the people on the other end was saying we would definitely get at least £2,500 back before the end of December so we paid it and it was the money we receive for our winter fuel allowance , but it didn't matter because we were getting it back before Christmas . Well it did not come and I waited until after Christmas and the rang them constantly with no joy , so we took a trip to the office and when we got there we were told that "Nobody ever comes here " but I did , and was constantly being put off so I took it to the trading standards and it is now going to go to the courts so don't delay go to the trading standards and would you believe it they had the cheek to send me a cheque for £250 pounds and it bounced so the bank has taken it to the fraud squad and I am getting somewhere so don't let them get away with it get some advice quick ( we are pensioners and can not afford to loose this much money Brendellas @yahoo.co.uk

I THINK THIS COMPANY PLAYS ON THE ELDERY  MY PARENT ARE IN THEIR SEVENTY AND HAVE NEVER PAY PPI COVER ON THEIR LOANS. To take their money is so wrong and i think this company needs to be sort out.

At the top of this page is a link on which to report this bunch of sharks.  They are already breaking the rules by taking money on the first call.  The more people who report them the sooner they will be shut down,  You could also report them to the FSA and the MOJ as they should be licenced by both.

I got a cheque from them to shut me up and guess what yes it was no good so it bounced , and the bank took it of me and sent it to the and sent it to the special department and they are dealing with it Brenda a 73 year old pensioner who paid the £250 with my heat money we get for Christmas in 2010 and have still not got straight with our bills yet  Brenda

My mother got a phone call of these scum bags today. they got £350 off her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please tell your friends and family and warn them. I have got my mother to cancel her card and and I will be getting her to phone the police. hopefully they can do something about it. I won't be holding my breath mind. Take care people.

You should call the City of London Police Action Fraud I know they have a current investigation going on.

TheyI recieved a call from a female called diana,after telling of my car loan they said i could get £3450 but 1st they needed £299 up front to process my claim,i made an excuse about going out to give me time to check these people out but thanks to this page it saved me £299,thank god for internet

Yeah me too, I have received at least 6 calls from AIMS Review and I've always put them off. A woman called this morning from AIMS so I thought I hear her out.She asked if I'd ever had loans etc and I told her the Banks and Credit card company but did not give any personal info. She asked if my husband had ever had loans and I said yes and told which bank. She miraculously put it into the 'system' and it told her within minutes that we were owed 10K. She did not even have my husbands name! Then she asked if we had a will and that they could arrange that for us for free. She said they were a not for profit organisation commissioned (or something like that) by the Ministry of Justice and gave me a Licence Number. It all sounded too good to be true. Then she asked for 299stg and would I like to pay by credit card. I put her off saying I needed to discuss it with my husband so she is calling back tomorrow. I'm so glad I found this site. Thank God i didn't give her the payment! Thanks to all for posting re this scam.

Like I keep telling everyone make a difference and report them to the Ministry of Justice. If you look at the Claims Regulation website it is a condition of their licence that they do not take monies or card numbers upfront on the first telephone call!.
