I have had a number of calls from these people, last time they called, I was quized about my contract and when I advised I wasn't interested in renewing, the guy on the phone became very agressive and abusive.  As with other comments I object to being insulted by a cold caller.  I contacted Orange (my current provider) to complain following this call as the guy made out her was from Orange.  I was at the point of cancelling my contract due to the abuse received by this caller, however Orange explained who they were.
The major phone companies need to act on these people as they are being mis-represented and could be loosing customers as a result.

Oh God, I've just signed up with them!!!  Lets hope they don't let me down.  Have to be honest the chap I spoke to was very pleasant and the deal offered was a good one - If the call was recorded as he said then if they back track on the offer of paying off my last three months of my O2 contract - well I work for a solicitor and my brother-in-law's one too so.... watch this space!

had a phonecall from a guy called will,or william as he hates to be called(how pathetic) told me a whole pileof rubbbish which i believed, felt pressured into taking a contract, told me a load of rubbish aboout how the phone had sat nav and i could use it if i was familiar with the tom tom system, also told me that he had my information and all my bank deatails, but just needed to upgrade them. he had my name and postcode correct and go me to confirm my bakn details, funnny how on the second call to check all details were correct he had them written down incorrectly, called o2 who told me that what they are doing is called slamming, and is illigal. i would never deal with this company again if all of their sales people are like this guy, pissed up drug addicts, or thats hat he sounded like to me,spoke to a very helpful guy on their customer services who helped me return the phone, if i were them id getrid of sales people like "will" and get in more people like the lady who checkes all my details were correct and the guy in customer services, bouth welsh with lovley acccents the person who sold me the phone originally is a letdon to the company

    It's this lot; they're idiots.

They have been calling me practically every other day for three weeks now. The more you answer, the more they seem to call. I eventually rang their customer service number from my landline and asked that my mobile number be removed from their list. I'm not holding my breath...

These are rude people, I answered the phone and there was no-body there.  Second time the number rang, answered the phone and they introduced themselves, tried selling me something when I said no, became very snotty and rude.  Tried taking her name but she hung up on me so I could not lodge a complant.

i had a phone call from this company about a month ago. they did not make it clear when they phone that they where from a different company to who im with at the moment they only told me that they where calling about my orange contract! so i continued with the call assuming they where orange.they offered me a deal which sounded very good to me so i continued to go ahead with it. they took all my details: name, adress, bank details etc. then after i gave them all of these details the gentleman on the phone said to me by the way you will be moving to 3. so i told him then that i did not want to go ahead with the contract as i thought it was orange. he then tried convincing me to switch but i did not want to change. he then got very aggresive towards me. he started saying things like why dont you want to change its very small minded wanting to pay too much for your contract isnt it! he also started to tell me o so u like to spend money do you? is that cause you are a millionaire and things like this. i then told him i wanted to speak to his manager, then he said to me well he doesnt want to speak to you and hung up on me! not a very good company not recommended at all!

I received a call from them earlier in the week, but as I was at work busy with something I couldnt answer, hoping that the caller would leave a voicemail.
Then today I received a call from the same number, with a recorded message stating that they have tried to call me and they will make further attempts to call me, lets see if they do!

I have this all the time, and what's helped me with several of these cowboy companies is speaking to my friend Dan who works for Vodafone...

All you need to do, is ask their name, then firmly state that as an employee of (choose provider), you are aware of all manner of third party companies ripping the general public off, and that (choose provider) have no "partner companies" or anything similar. Then go on to say you will be reporting this name and number to the compliance team at work, and getting in touch with the authorities about the breach in Ofcom regulations. They soon stop calling ;)

*Of course, you don't actually have to work for a Mobile provider - there is no way of them knowing what you actually do - they come on the phone full of rubbish and BS - give as good as you get back to them! :) *

Just had a missed call from this company.  Been on the TPS for over a year with this number so what they are doing is illegal.  Will be looking into reporting them to Offcom.

Just a phone call from these people and had one two days ago. The guy on the phone said if i went to a site called TPS (Telephone Preference Services) iw ould be able to register to get my number taken off their database.

Dunno if this works but figured its worth a try.

The phone call i had 2 days ago, took me a while to work out that i wasn't on the phone to O2 (my network provider) an the girl was trying to get me to sign up to a network called 3G.. didnt know this wasa network.

    They are dodgy as f**ck
