I've just received a call from this number, the guy said I'd been mis-sold PPI insurance (used the same lines already mentioned Ministry of Justice, bank sector disclosed a list of numbers and names etc etc). I told him I didn't believe anything he said as there are lots of scam out there and I have no idea whether he was part of one or not. (This was before I found this web page). He actually agreed with me.

He then went on saying there'd be no way I could know for sure whether I've paid it out without knowing, which I disagreed with him so he told me I should go home and speak to my husband and call him back when I want to reclaim my PPI. Absolute idiot!!  I just wish I was quicker and googled the number and found all the posted comments when he was still on the phone to me!!

You lot need to get a life. At the end of the day its a phone call that puts people into employment. Whine whine whine. I'm actually gonna stick up for this company because I got back 9k back from 1 card. There are the people in life that take these risks and reap the rewards.....and then there's others who don't and sit n whinge all day haha holiday booked and debts paid off....thank you pro legal :)

Ah! Don't have a go at him/her.  After all until about 24th August he/she thought they were working for a scam 'phone company not a scam PPI company.  He/she is probably just a bit confused!!

No,the website doesn't show they are authorised! It shows they are Diem Dezine Ltd with a Proactive Legal titled website and apparently no connection with Pro-Activ Legal Ltd. (although they claim that Proactive legal is a trading name of Diem Dezine Ltd) . These are two separate Limited companies with different directors, different registered addresses etc

Pro-Active Legal Ltd. incidentally has no trading names according to the Ministry of Justice website.

I had a missed call from this number but ignored it. Assuming it's a nuisance call.

I don't know who is owner for this number? I couldn't answer.

now this is strange!

this number has been trying to call me in the morning while my phone is switched off at work!

the problem is, i witnessed £10 to t-mobile gotten off my bank account and I don't have T-mobile!
I've reported this to my bank.

Fact is this number keeps calling me as I miss their call.
I am seeing above, they ask about T-Mobile contracts.
I won't be surprised if they are connected:/

I had a call on my mobile no. from 01267226750 at 13.44 today, however the caller didn't say they were calling on behalf of a phone carrier. It's a firm called  ProActive Legal and they're based at the following address:
5-6 Lyric Offices, King Street, Carmarthen, Wales SA31 1BH
they claim they're regulated by the Ministry of Justice and ask if you've had any PPI claims or if you have a credit card. They're a registered "telepest" and i've complained about them to the TPS.

Strange this, I had a call today which co incided with the refusal of one of the major Banks refusing to pay out PPI as they said they had no record of me taking any PPI with a loan, though I know I did. It took them 3 days to reply given they had done an investigation. Fob off and I feel this may be a spin off from that claim.

Dont use PPI claim companies it is dead easy to do yourself and FREE

Despite of being registered on TPSand asking this compnay to0 stop calling me, I keep receiving calls from them when I said I was with clients, the rude caller asked me how he was supposed to know whehter I work or not!! the audacity of the guy!!

I got a call again from this number but I dont ring it back.

Received numerous phone calls and susequently contacted them to remove me from their contact list. Subsequent call to this number and the phone responds with 'Goodbye'. Also a TPS member.

you may complain to the TPS but lets be honest they don't care its just another database of number what do you think they do when you stop paying your subscription, they actually sell you number to people like us haha tea pot protection service as we know it what a joke :-) but hey do you want to claim back any miss sold PPI if it was added to your policy with out your knowledge you may be able to claim it back you know give me a call you've got my number ;-) xx

Recieved phone call today asking to speak to my wife, I shielded the call with questions before allowing my wife to be allerted it clearly is another scam company as they do not have any information unless you give them any ( Do not be Duped) Person announced himself as Robert Ashford of Bank Fair Legal Tel Number was 01267226754. So it appears they also use different telephone numbers DON'T BE DUPED
