Just had a call from this number saying I had participated in an online survey last week (which I had) and I had won the prize draw for a free holiday. He confirmed my name, email adress, age bracket, relationship status and residential status so I did believe him for a few seconds. He said all I had to do is call his head office on 0800 988 9904 with my reference: 31PDI and they would send me over the relevant paperwork. Obviously after reading this thread I will not be calling them!!

Just got the call, ignored it and no voicemail left - wondered who it was and thanks to this i now no not to answer it or tell them to go away!

Had a call from this number 24/3/09 at 19.30 - lady rang sounded very convincing - did query at end of call whether the free holiday for 4 within next 18 months to either Spain, Portugal or Canary Islands - was anything to do with timeshare.  She answered that the company did operate a timeshare, but that there was no obligation.  Was given a freephone number to ring following call or after 10 next morning - didn't ring and don't intend to.  Saved number on phone with note against it "Don't Answer T/Share".

I've received 2 calls from this number saying that my ex had completed a street survey in the last 6 months, that was clever as sadly to say she passed away 2 years ago

Just had another call from this number - have seen it before, I think last week. I didn't answer it at the time, but Googled it as I didn't recognise it, and found your site, so will add my experience to your list for information.

Just spoke to a lady who said I had won a holiday to either spain or portugal, she said there was no catch, she is going to call back in 5 minutes as i didn't have a pen, wonder what she will say. will keep you posted.

These guys called me today.  They were from some hotel chain and that I had filled in some survey and given my mobile number.  I'm pretty sure I did not fill in a survey to win a free holiday and I generally do not give out my mobile number.  They wanted to confirm my age and that I was married or living with my partner - which I am not!  They said I will get a call back in June if I have won the holiday!  I am now going to block this number from my phone!

Just taken a call from this number asking for my mum. 1471 brought this number up and I ended up here. I really hope they call back!!!
Also if you read back at the very "positive" comments on here saying they actually went on this "holiday"....do you think they might work for this company?

I had a call to day saying I entered a competion at the out door show which I did go to. She gave me a number that did't work 080098009904.  I did 1471 on my phone 01268557600 but to try to ring back and it says the number has'nt been recognised.

This number has been ringing every day for the past 2 weeks trying to get hold of my mum even after i told them she works 9-5 every weekday so she wouldn't be here! They just rang again (after ringing half hour previously and hanging up when I answered) and so I asked if there was a number they could give me so that my mum could ring back. They insisted there wasnt and that they would ring back tomorrow. I also asked what it was about and they told me that my mum had filled in a survey and they needed to speak to her about a prize! I rang 1471 and got the number and tried to dial it.. and guess what? it was unobtainable.. no wonder she didn't want to give me the number! So glad I found this website, looking forward to them ringing back tomorrow!

had a call today googled it i ended up on this page wha great news that i did not end up being conned thanks to all on this site and just ignore future clls

they've been calling me for months - it's my own fault for giving them my number. on the plus side I love hearing my ringtone in its entirety so not picking up their call is a pleasure

We are TPS registered and still receiving "silent calls" from this company.  I have just registered on 0844 372 2325 "Silent Callguard".  Hoping this will stop them calling! If not, then I will register a complaint on the TPS website. Why don't you do the same?

They rang me, when I was at a low point offering a free 5* holiday for 4 people to Spain, Portugal, Cyprus or Scotland.  The caller said yu are porbably sceptical, especially as you entered abother on-line free holiday draw, but had automatically been entered for this one with Club LaCosta as well.  I'm not calling the 0800 988 9904 number and I'm not going to any presentations.
I need a holiday, not hastle and hustle from low-life scum that want to show me their idea of the ideal 'family' holiday with high sales pressures and little opportunities to enjoy the sun....
How can they say it's free?  If I have to spend my time being conned, it cost has me and my family time, energy and stress.

i had the call today and the lady was very good at telling me that i have ut quick to give the free number and did not want to give me any details about the holiday. now i have seen this i will not be following this up. they quoted that i have to pay 26.50 plus travel insurence  when i dialed the number from the caller as below the number is not reckonised

I'd just like to say that I've been receiving calls from 01268 557 600 for the last month or more.  They call two or three times per day.  I never answer my phone, but even if I did wish to answer the call, they only ring my phone for 1 or 2 rings mostly.  I have left a weird voice mail message on my phone - something along the lines of "Hi, I must have missed your call.  If you leave me a message after the tone I'll call you right back.  If however your number is not recognized then you'll have to leave me a detailed message otherwise you'll never get to speak to me.  Bye!".  My friend tells me to remove my stupid message but I don't care!  I'm sick to my back teeth of receiving calls on my phone from people I don't even know!
