Just had a call from them telling me "my husband"  am not married lol.  had won a holiday for us and our 2 children ( i have 7) in a competition online  she even had my D.O.B  but told her it was wrong. told her I dont take holidays but she was persistant that I would want this as its "free" I hung up  lets see if she calls back

Have tried to phone me twice today and luckily was unable to take call....

Thanks - very helpful.  I realise I got caught at Barcelona airport by this scam then.  Same story, 2 calls and noone at the other end.  How annoying - haven't people got anything more constructive to be doing with their time???

I keep getting call from this number! I am going to block it now!

I had a call from this number today (March 2011) telling me it was in response to a survey I took part in in 2009 (!!) Were hubby and I between the ages of 30 and 65 and were we home owners....I said no and no!! they terminated the call pretty quickly after I answered.

I just had a call that came up as 'unavailable' answered it as my husbands work number comes up as the same. She said he had filled out a form at Biggin Hill and that he had one a weeks paid holiday to Spain or Canary Islands and I had to confirm the info that my husband had given them and they then said they were putting me through to Costa Travel!!! I held on for about 30 seconds, there was no answer so hung up, obviously i didnt beleive them for a second! I got a call back from 01268557600 which i ignored. This website helped a great deal so thought i would give something back ;-)

Have been receiving 3-4 calls a day from this number - since entering - what I thought was a competiton at the Ideal Home Show - spoke to them today and the free holiday is going to cost £29.50 a person..I hung up ....

Had a call from Emma's Diary saying i had won a holiday and they transfered me through to this number.  Asked questions about me and said had to go to london to sit in a conference thing, no buying had to be done but then i could claim the holiday.  Dont think i'll be going!!

Got a call from them, telling me usual, I'd filled in a survery 3 years ago and had won a free holiday etc. I said "oh yeah?". Then she "Congratulations", to which I replied "we'll see". And for just £39 per person etc. I then pointed out that if they wanted money it wasn't free.

They kept stressing it was 5 star hotel and flights were paid for. etc. I was not convinced and told them I suspected this was a time share as soon as they mentioned I had to go to Manchester AIrport to pick up tickets. I said just stick them in the post. Can't do that because its not company policy.

I then told them that the time they gave me was not convienent and I wasn't interested anyhow as I knew it was a scam and then put the phone down.

Got another call from this company. As soon as they mentioned the companies name I put the phone down and let them talk to silence. It didn't take them long to realise and they hung up.

If they ring again I will do the same, answer it and say nothing. After all, they have rang me in the pas and do the same.They'll soon get fed up and try someone else.

What amazes me is that all positive comments clearly come from Club Costa themselves. Not one positive comment from anyone who does not actually work for them.

They charge you £235 to get your money back. If that's not a scam in itself then I dont know what is.

Beware the above telephone numbers is for the same co as 0441702444594 or 01702444594, I assume is for Club la Costa Resorts, Thanks God I have a very bad reception on my mobile network, and the call cuts out. They obviously are insistent, in future I just hung up.

i worked for them and they are not committing fraud what so ever, the survey forms are real and displayed on our computer screens, whether you fill out something online or in the street , it will find its way to businesses, if you do not want this then simply choose carefully what surveys you complete.

it can be annoying but the holiday is genuine and so are the people who are trying to earn a living , so before you go telling them to f off on the phone and screaming at people whom you do not know .... learn the word respect.
