I got a call from them saying that I have won a holiday for 4 and that I had to attend a "ceremony" in Tottenham Court Road in London where I will be presented with travel vouchers. All I had to pay was £29.50 booking fee and airport taxes and that the holiday can be taken in 18 months. Since then., I googled the number and realised that this is a scam and didn't answer any more call from them.

Can't believe they're still going...some people must attend their "holiday exhibitions!" I finally let them speak to me after weeks of rejecting the call on my mobile and after the normal patter told them I didn't want to attend a pressure selling course and kindly declined the "free" holiday.

In my experience even the caller didn't sound too enthusiastic, maybe they are struggling? Either way thanks to this site and people reporting I knew in advance. I would love to know who sold my number to them though!

I had this number call me to say I'd completed an MSN questionnaire (I don't remember if I did or not but I was immediately on guard), she then asked me 3 questions which I answered with lies as I never give my personal details out to cold callers.  She then said I'd won a holiday, valid for 18 months for me +3 others and she had to put me through to another department for them to take my details.  As soon as she transferred me I hung up.  Honestly, these people have no morals.  Holiday for free?  Come on sweetheart, I wasn't born yesterday.

i got a call from them today. i do occasionally enter competitions  and join mailing lists so wondered if it was to do with that but was pretty certain it was dodgy. i let her go on adding to the conversation that we have a 4 month old baby on the off chance this was legitamate until she said we had to go to to Tottenham court rd to collect our travel docs. i then twigged and asked if this was time share or was she selling something as im bankrupt so shes wasting her time with me. i was shocked for her to say no its nothing like that and carry on. she did rapidly then state that no babies could go into the building at tottenham court rd and was that a problem? dur well yeah!
i love telling canvasers im bankrupt. fastest way to get em off my back!

Thanks for all this information.  I got a call from 'CLC' travel and was told I had won a free holiday for 4 but would have to pay £29.50 per person admin charge.  It would be 5 star luxury to either Spain, Portugal or Canary Islands.  After answering seemingly innocent questions (are you married/co-habiting, over 25 etc) I was put through to another department who asked the same questions then started on the 'how much do you earn, are you employed' etc.  When I asked for details of the holiday I was told unless I answered the questions she couldn't tell me anything!  Why I need a certain income for a free holiday has become clearer from reading some of the earlier posts!!

had a phone call today from 01268557600 today saying i was being entered into a draw for a holiday i had entered online. i dont enter comps online or anywhere else..i only answered the phone as i am waiting replys to daughters party..............could not hear what company the seal sea travel but line was bad..........

Just had them call me - said that I'd completed a survey previously and was in the "final draw" to win a free holiday, but they wanted to confirm some details. Firstly that me and my partner were between 25-50, which immediately made me suspcious as that was wrong (my partner is 21) and that we were married and I was a houseowner. When I corrected him (probably foolishly), he thanked me and told me that they would be back in touch when the final draw was made, if I'd won. Googled the number, and found this site. I look forward to them phoning me back.

After we gave our details to an English Lady at Alicante Airport Spain (funny that she had excess to be inside the security area in front of the boarding gate)to win a holiday, we received a call earlier today from 01268557600 saying that we won a 7 day luxurious Holiday in Portugal, south Spain or Tenerife. They would pay for flies, Commendation but it would be self catering?
Mmmh there is only one thing???
You need to come to a Hotel in West London and listen to a 2 hour CLC Hotel promotion and get a £50 voucher for big High street retailer?
You have to attend with your partner to win and claim the prise? If you do come alone there is no pries for you?
Children are not aloud either?
After the promotion you get your holiday there is only a fee of £29,50 per person for the booking.
I googled the number and what a surprise, there are thousands of people let down and believing that there won a holiday.
The most annoying bit is as I saw that some of the reports going back a couple of years so therefore it seams a very got business!

So far today i have had 4 calls from this no. i am so glad i googled it and found this site , would love to know how they got my tel no though ?? i will just keep rejecting calls .

I had sevaral calls from these idiots too, when i finally answered they asked a few questions, asked if i was a home owner, when i said NO the rude pig hung up immediatly, i was fuming, tried to call back to give him a piece of my mind, but all u get is an answer machine. i suggest anyone recieving there calls tells them where to go asap before they tell u.....muppets.

Just been called to say I have won a holiday for four people at a 5 star hotel in Spain/Tenerife/Costa del Sol!  Well after doing a search on the numbers, phoning the number back and speaking to the person who called me (and she actually confirmed the telephone numbers) it turns out that the company is a timeshare company trying to sell you something.  What rang alarm bells was the fact that we had to go to London to collect it all!!!

I keep getting calls from this number on my mob - dont know who they are!

Had a call from this number this afternoon mentioning that i had completed a survey with them and wanted to check a few details such as my age group, whether i was married and if i was a home owner.  I said I wasn't a home owner.  The chap on the end of the phone then said that i had reached the final stages of the draw and that I might get another call to say I have won soon.  After checking this site I have now put this number on my phone so if they do ring again I will be ready for them!!!

this number 01268 557600 rang today at 13.15 asking for my partner 'to confirm some details she gave us', I asked what it was regarding, he replied 'oh never mind' and put the phone down. A minute or so later the phone rang again, same bloke, this time :' me again' and slammed the phone down. CAN WE GET RID OF THESE IDIOTS......its very upsetting. Doing a 141 and returning the call just gets a recorded message from ' Club LA costa'

I filled in a survey just before boarding a flight back to the UK from Malaga airport a year or so ago, and this is them calling to tell me I had won. I knew straight away it was a scam. I asked them to put it in writing but they said they couldn't until I answered a number of questions. Crooks!

i receive repeated calls from this number and when i answer they ring off without saying anything.. i do not call back.

Thank God for this site. I just got the call from 01268557600 telling me exactly what they told you and it did sound too good to be true. Now I know it's a complete scam. I can't wait for them to call me back tonite.
