hi ive just had a call from this number via,my mobile number reported to bt.and there gave me a another number to call,so much for bt helping if its a scam...never answerd it tried to call back got no response..v7x3

Told me I had won a holiday for 4 and I had 18 mths to take this in.I was given this number to ring to confirm my prize and book my flight 08009889904.
They told me I had to quote 99lk019237 for CLC Hotel and reservations, the girl who rang me I believe was called Dana. I have not called them.

called advised following my partner answering a survey in Leeds city centre on the 08/04/08 that we had won a holiday..told me to call 0800 988 9904 and quote ref 50LE.. Suspicious as I was I googled the 080 number and saw lots of stuff on the scams.  I will advise them I am aware of their scam if they call again.

They contacted me a few times today, I was not in. They finally got hold of me. I had in the mean time googled this number for some unknown reason and found this site.  I was ready for when they rang me. They wanted to speak to my wife about CLC questionnaire that she filled.  I told her to take our name off the list as we did not want to be involed in the CLC hotel Scam.  She bluntly put the phone down on me!!!

Caught them out!! but that will not stop them...

I received a call from this number, identifying himself as CLC group hotels, and telling me I had won a competition I had entered online (which I don't do).  Since I seemed confused he offered some details for me to confirm who I was but as soon as I disagreed with his info about me being a homeowner I had no longer won the prize - surprise!

Just got a call from them (01268557600) saying I had won a holiday to a loacation of my choice  out of 4 different European destinations, looks like same old thing as above, got 18 months to claim, and it's 4 return flights - ring this absoloutly free number (08009889904) give them your reference number and they let you know all the details and if I ring the absolutley free number straight away I 'could' win £50 worth of vouchers to spend in lots of big retail outlets!
As soon as I hung up from them I googled this number and it's led me here...I knew it was a scam, i'm no fool!  I certainly won't be calling any absolutley free number and if they keep pestering me i'll let them know this email address!

They have just rang me asking me to confirm my details they were all incorrect i asked what do i win they hung up!!!!

yep ive just had the call as well, they called twice, thort id google the number.  not gunna answer from now on, unless i wanna rant at them however,  cheers for the heads up guys.

I also received a call from this numer (01268557600) today Weds 30th April 2008. A really fast speaking guy fires a load of questions at you re age, marital status and whether you're a home owner or not saying that there may be a prize awaiting then he hangs up. He says he is calling from CLS Hotel Survey or something similar (he speaks so fast you don't get to pick up all the details) which is via "My offers" web site where apparently I fille din a form. If you try and ring back the number shows as unattainable.

I got a call from 01268557600 but didnt answer it due to being on the other line - tried to call it back thinking it was in connection to a company I had been calling the day before but the numnber was unobtainable. Now I know its a scam I will not be answering it at all - Thanks!

Apparently I've been 'lucky' enough to win a holiday too - wow they have a lot of prizes! Glad I checked this site!! Needless to say calling back doesn't work (number unobtainable) and I won't be calling their 'free' number.

01268557600 Called, Won a free holiday in Spain 5* and needed to call 0800 988 9904 in 1 hour to claim. And also won £50 for high street shops.
Researched the number on google to find out it was holiday club rubbish.

rang this number and got a dead line sound, seems to be a crock of s*#t.

01268557600 - They have been calling 2 or 3 times a day for over a week now.  I always have my answering machine on - I can hear 'office/call center noises' in the background before they hang up.  They never leave a message.  If you try to call them back it goes dead.  A real pain.

I have had a missed call on my business mobile from this company today.  I googled it and it came up with this site.  I called to 0800 number and tried to explain that this is a business mobile and they had no right calling me and at no time in my life have I filled out a survey and given this telephone number.  The woman (called Michelle) promptly called me a liar and put the phone down!!

has a call from 01268 557600, as i live in the 01268 area it wasnt strange. they asked for my wife called ****** - i dont have a wife! my mother is ****** though but why would they call my mobile as i dont live with her! maybe she used my number when doing a survey incase she got scammed. i dont know... anyway back on subject...
I know pembrook house in pitsea as mentioned in previous comments, when im passing in office hours i may just pop in. should be interesting.

I had a missed call from the number and they didn't leave a message on 7th May 08. Just had a call from the same number which I answered and I was told (very quickly) I had won a holiday to the Carribean. He asked me some questions and when I said I wasn't living in Essex  anymore he put the phone down on me.  How rude....................

Received 01268557600 on my mobile at 17:25pm as a missed call 14/05/2008.Rang back from a landline number but message advised number not recognised. Google search brought me to this site. Whilst in Portugal end of April 08 I gave my mobile number to a guy in Faro Airport who gave me a ticket for Algarve Tourist Survey 2008 so I think it might be them!

I will let them ring until the cows come home since they are paying for the calls!

I just got a call from this number, and they said I'd won a 2 week holiday in the Bahamas for my partner and myself...obviously i was sceptical at first.

He then said he wanted to check my details were correct.

He asked if my girlfriend and I were between 25 and 50.

I replied I am, but my g/f is 23.

His responce?

"Shes 23..."...Click!

He hung up!!
