Don't know who these people are. But they are Bl**dy rude and if they are from Lloyds then I am moving banks to someone who believes in customer service.

This number called today asking to speak with a member of my family buy a person saying they were from Lloyds. Seemed surprised when I said the person wanted was at work at 11.00am on a Wednesday. I asked for the bank branch which of course she was not able to give out, she offered to leave an 0845 number which I refused and hung up. I called back the number 01273743574 and was asked to dial an 0845 6006297 number. Obviously some sort of scam but who in BT or Lloyds do you report these things to so they can be stopped?

I have been getting these harassing calls three times a day for months . After the first call referred to some name I had never heard of , I never answered when I recognized the number which has often called me at 10.00 pm , or on a Sunday lunchtime.I have never had or ever will have an account with Lloyds TSB .  On the odd occasion I was left a message for various people to ring back on the 0845 number , most of the time though I was left a message of fresh air ! It got to the stage where I had the ringer permanently on silent , which meant that I would miss the calls that were genuine. I have now cured the problem with one of the new call blocker filters available http://www.cprcallblocker.com/ . They work on any phone line and are simple to use. I now have full control over who can get through or not ,  I have no financial affiliation or interest with the company that makes the call blocker, but I do think that some folks posting here  could be helped by using one .

Like, Ian who posted earlier, the "lady" who rang me at 5pm on a Sunday night now has a far wider vocabulary.
Tha same questions over and over again  and repeatedly wanting my full name. She was incredibly hostile.
After 15 minutes of trying to be politely firm i gave up.
She refused to put me onto a manager, so i called the number back and eventually was put onto Arno.
He was the exact opposite and extremely helpful.
I am def writing a strongly worded letter to LLoyds......unbelievable !!

BTW....they said they were in the Phillipines.

Keep getting calls between 6.30pm and 7pm (just as I am settling my 4 children down for the night) asking for a woman whose name I don't even recognise! Have told them over 10 times that she not here and I don't know the woman but still they insist on ringing! Have informed them tonight that any more calls and I will have them done for harassment and that I will win as I am not the woman they want nor do I know of her and I can prove it in a court of law and that I will not fail to point out to the courts that they ring everynight at the time that I settle my children to bed especially as this disrupts their very structured routine which is needed as 2 of my children are special needs! Let's see if this stops them! Personally I am that angry with them I hope it does not as I would love to have them in court over it as they need teaching a harsh lesson!?!

so recently I've been getting these phone calls from Lloyds TSB about a survey, thing is though the woman on the other end of the phone doesn't sound legit, and they have a funny accent....so I'm a bit jubilant cause I've been with Lloyds for all my life and I have never had one of these phone calls in the past... until now. They asked me for my DOB and other details...so I told them that I was having tea, and will it be possible if I can have there number so that I can call them when I'm not busy. However they wouldn't give me any phone number, they just told me that they will ring again tomorrow at 6pm...once the call was ended I tried to 1471 it and it came up as a withheld number....thing is though it definitively sounds like the situation that I'm in now. Thing is though it's for Credit cards or debts...well personaly I dont believe in credit cards for you will always be in debt with a credit card, and I know that I'm not in debt...

    what should I do?

I recieved multiple calls from this number on my home phone and mobile. I went into a Lloyds tsb branch, who track all communication they have with you. They could not find anything reported to say Lloyds had contacted me. We rang the number back and it redirects you to an 0845 number which the Lloyds member of staff could confirm was legitimate. However, the 01273 743574 number is a fraudulent company. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS. They have altered the phone line so that they do not receive phone calls and redirect you to a legitimate Lloyds number to make the fraudulent phone line sound more legit. I was advised to report the number to the police and will also report it to BT. Lloyds are also currently investigating this. The more people that report this, the quicker it will get sorted.

Another penny down on the share price today again there, Royds TSB.

Why prolong the inevitable, Royds TSB - you're going to die, and not a minute too soon.
