The emails and texts would be really bad if he was on one... Too much alcohol and he'd go nutty at half two... And you'd get e mail after e mail which didn't make much sense other than a string of 4 letter words threatening people their jobs unless they sold more advertising ... One day he thumped a load of folders in the admin area and went home for a sulk but forgot his daughter who was still working in the office lol and then he had to come back for her lol then shouted abuse at his sales manager about people being on the internet which was kind of funny since it was there lunch breaks lol. However you look at Steve he's an idiot who'll never be a success so not surprised to hear he's biz is in trouble again although I see from ufindalocal website they are still selling ads as done were added last week.

Are you lot really that thick. Motortrades Insight doesn't trade. They trade as Motoringinsight.co.uk and I believe it also says this at the bottom of their website. If you lot were part of the management team you would know exactly how Steve works and how he gets away with things. You don't understand how his companies are structured. Did you ever wonder why your payslips had a different company name on them to what you think you worked for? You lot really have no idea.

Steve will never make it coz you have to work like mad to build a biz and he's allergic to work let alone hard work lol he's the kind of guy who spends longer telling people how great he is than he actually spends working.

All I can say is that if used to work for Steve and you like telesales call brad coz he's set up a business in Basildon and has 70 staff now. He's just got a new Audi R8 too so he's obviously making lots of ££
