Yet at same time steve jakes is bigging himself up lol

Anyone that wants telesales jobs should call brad n wes they're based at Basildon and pay really good commissions and have a really big business about 70 staff in sales now and 6 websites selling advertising

Seriously if anyone wants a good telesales job call Brad or wes as they've got loads of jobs going at their Basildon offices . They pay really well too. (And they're not like Steve they work hard and have really nice offices and don't treat you like Steve did). It's well nice over there....

Brad is a nice bloke but j didn't really know him at Motortrades but he work soooooooooooooo hard he deserves to be really successful he gets in really early works hard all day and stats late too. Jakes should watch and learn.

Couldn't believe Steve couldn't see how destructive he was being with his constant talk of drugs at work.

One of the most offensive things Steve used to say was when he called his sales team "Basildon pikie scum" I couldn't understand it. Why would people who'd just been insulted like that then want to work hard for him? Once he even screamed the c word at us all and then walked out banging the wall. He's got anger issues that is for sure... Funny thing is his linked in profile suggests a professional guy when the reality is very very very different.

Steve wouldn't just reserve such bad things for his staff.hed often call his customers thick grease monkeys too. The man is vile IMO. I agree he's upset loads of staff and many would witness him blowing up on the sales floor and they'd leave after lunch and text in a resignation
People don't want to work for a man like that.
How and why does Mark Richardson put up with him he could get a much better sales job elsewhere without the hassle that Steve brings to the office.......
