Think you'll find Mr Steve Jakes was Equally despised by staff and customers.

Thing is Steve Jakes thought he could just treat his staff like he did and they'd put up with it... I witnessed one girl start the job and was in tears by lunch time as jakes had a pop at her because she lived in Romford and she left shortly afterwards. Real shame he acted like he did.....

Instead of just talking rubbish all the time, why not just go and say this to Steve's face?  He doesn't know and gangsters so don't use that excuse that he will have you 'cut' or 'done in'.

I've no interest in going to Steve about anything thanks but if I want to post my views on here I will and it's nothing to do with you. He was vile to his staff and a raging class a addiction was taken out on his staff.

I can tell you I heard Steve Jakes threaten to have people "done" on more than one occasion. He mixed with nasty people and in fact I can tell you he did know gangsters and one of them even attacked his family with a gun and it hit news channels. Steve made sure people in the office knew that he knew that guy ..... I can't remember his name but he was from Braintree or  witham I think

My god, you lot are a right bunch of [***]'s.  Steve knows 2 thirds of fcuk all about gangsters and having people done in. Jesus, the bloke was a moron at the best of times and everything he said needed to be taken with the biggest handful of salt ever!  He would say this stuff to try and make himself look the dogs bollox infront of everyone as he thought it made people respect him.

Jakes used to be a decent guy but drugs changed his personality and that's why most staff left and now he struggles on with a company with just a few people. He checked into the priory a few years back and his personality is completely different due to drug abuse

Maybe if people had sold some ads like they all said they could in there interview he would have been a bit nicer to people. You all come on here moaning about the bloke but you all took your salary at the end of the month didn`t you? If he was that bad to work for you should have left earlier and got another job.
