they always call around 5:30pm on a Saturday. I answer the phone and wait for them to begin their patter, then I make loud disgusting farting noises down the phone until they hang up, this absolutely works, it won't stop the calls, but hey, it's their dime and I'm usually bored anyway.

ive reported this stupid number to the telephone preference service the i.c.o and ofcom they hope these morons get a big fine get a proper job you morons!!!!!!

You have to email your number to ipsos-mori at telephone@ipsos-mori.com. Ipsos MORI do not have to screen calls for registry status with the TPS. They are conducting opinion or market research.

Dave, why have you reported Ipsos to the TPS when you know Market Research doesn't come under their rules?

If you can't tolerate these randomly dialed, one or two yearly calls then use the opt-out facility. Nobody else can help.

i had a call from iposis mori doing surveys or something i told them to remove my number from there data base and not to call again annoying call.

Asking them to remove your number does nothing because it can be generated again or given to ipsos mori by another organisation, you need to ask them to do the opposite: put your number ON a database (do not recontact database)

Alternatively why don't you just do the survey?

Said they were not selling anything and wanted to speak to someone about our company's banking.  Told them we had all that in place and I had no further comment to make.  Caller was still twittering on when I hung up.
