Are you aware that National Legal Assistance are now running a telemarketing operation out of the Evans Easy Space Business Park on Brunel Drive - Newark. The amount of telesales people going though the place is quite high. Graham Croft Matthew Appleby are the two main people who come and go regulary. Are these the same people who ran Minster Legal Services,Saga,Express Law and many others and were directors of these companies previoiusly.

In addition to my previous post and subsequent investigations I would adivse that a local newspaper is looking into the various allegations and people named in the various blogs and will no doubt be paying Mr Croft, Mr Appleby/Yard a visit at there new telesales call centre on Brunel Drive.

The Society of WIll Writer are also investigating the many companies that Mr Croft has beeen associated with either as a Director or Associate.

Gainsborough Police, Lincolnshire Trading Standards are also involved.

The sooner this Network of con artists are locked up the better for everyone who has had the misfortune of being lured into the web of deceit and lies

'wilbur' Thankyou for your comments. Yes we are aware that they have an office in Newark and that Joseph Graham Croft and Matthew Appleyard are present in that office. Yes they both work/worked for the other companies that you have named and Mr Croft is indeed a Director.

This seems to be the case with the telesales staff, most find it's not the job for them, either that or they find out about the scam behind it all and they show that they have standards by leaving.

I believe Robert Holly was involved with Toby Gebhard & Probate Solutions which used to be based in Lincoln.

Last I heard he took over the company of the bloke who got banged up and Gebhard was running a pub......

I was someone who was scammed by Gebhard & his cronies in Lincoln, but hey, thanks for the totally unfounded accusation!

AD Thankyou for your comments we apologise for any misunderstanding, but if you had been following the thread from the beginning you would understand our suspicions. we are keen to bring these scammers to justice especially for all those people that they have duped,  we need your help and support if you have any further information that will assist us with this it would be much appreciated.

Well you can find 'Heracles' playing cards in the R Bar on any given monday, if you would like a chat with him.
R bar is a nicely run place btw, but they are unaware of what he gets up to.

Deepthroat Thankyou for your comments. We are fully aware of all their activities and R Bar is also known as Trentside Ales (UK) Ltd 07174420 at 3 Lord Street, Gainsborough. However there is strangely enough a Trentside Ales Ltd 07173091 at 47A Lord Street, Gainsborough was registered to the late David Hodgson. Both companies were also set up on the same day.

Oh well where ever they message from it matters not. It is obvious that we've scared them off into hiding.

I think you will find in the case of the R Bar that it is shipped from willingham.
But i feel fairly sure there is not a connection, i don't believe in cooindences of that nature though.

This is news to me...And not much is.

I can vouch for most that own or work the R bar, but when you say what you did i think i should email you for a private discussion.
