It isn't me and i am very sure it is not anyone from KW.
I have made 3 joke software generated posts under a different name to shut trolls up.
Yes, you can probably guess that nick, but as they are not my words i thought best to distinguish them from my posts.
I only post under this name.
Julia may be able to confirm that or not, but i don't care much what you think.
You obviously judge people by your own 'moral' standards.
I would say SD is SD.

To all Readers, the below comments about Express Law in Doncaster have come from: https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/08454753555/2

    SD (Rugby) - 17 Oct 2011
Express Law!!! Please avoid this company at all costs. They cold called my mother and visited her selling Trust/Power of Attorney, unfortunately before I could put a stop to it she had handed over alot of money (more money than the job was ever worth, as we have found out), we have tried to get the money back but of course they are not complying. IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND THINKING OF WILLS, TRUSTS ETC. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER COMPANY LINKED TO THEM. Get in touch with your local solicitor/financial adviser.
    Caller: Express Law
    Call Type: Telemarketer

Thank you KW for your valuable info... I hope the following will assist you and perhaps help protect any potential victims of EXPRESS LAW, using the phone number 01302260023 :

This company have called my elderly and somewhat confused mother now on 2 occassions, sadly while I was out.

Not only did they confuse and alarm her with talk of going into care, they also seemed to be trying to talk her into selling her flat and stated (not requested) that they would come to visit to assess the place.

Happily she had enough wits about her to  refuse this.

    Nan - 19 Oct 2011
Check out 013022260023 on here. Pointed them to the 01472 number but couldn't remember this one.
    Caller: Express Law

Jon Thankyou for your comments. We're not aware of that number, it must be a number that one of the telesales people uses to make the calls, as it's not recognised on who calls me.

In the defence of Express Law, it is not their usual practice to convince the Elderly and Vulnerable to sell their homes. They may have said the Government could force your mum to sell it, if she had to go into care and that they would come and visit with free advice and tell your mum how to stop this from happening and to protect herself.

Nevertheless we've heard from unhappy consumers via e-mail about some of Express Law's bad practices and there reluctance to deal with their local Trading Standards Office.

We understand about your concerns and you and your mum did the right thing in doing your research, stay safe and always check things out.

If you need further advice on protecting your parent's assets go to CAB, or a reputable Solicitor, Financial Advisor or a Will Writer that is registered with the Institute of Professional Will Writers (IPW).

    Thankyou for reading

To all Readers, maybe interesting reading, perhaps!!! We have been temporarily gagged by the company in the link below. However, this will not silence us.

We are seeking our own legal advice, as we have not come this far to let the Elderly and Vulnerable community down. We are now asking for anyone still willing to please come forward and assist in a class action suit.

Definition of class action suit - A lawsuit brought by one party on behalf of a group of individuals all having the same grievance.

All you need to do is email us at wewillgivefreeadvice@hotmail.co.uk.

    Thankyou for reading.

    Hi all,

    It's Sadie, from Mercury House.

I am not posting to comment on any of the previous posts, as it's more than my job's worth to get that involved, however, I do read, and I thought this may be the easiest way to contact any of the ex telesales employees.

I have a new tenant enquiry from a company looking for telesales people.  He is likely to be in the building in around 4 weeks ish and needs approx 5-7 telesales people for 20 hours a week (it is nothing to do with Will's or Trusts).

If you are interested, then let me know and I will pass your details on.  No promises or guarantees - I am not recruiting and do not wish to be chased afterwards if you don't hear back - I just said I'd ask.  He would then decide whether to interview or not.  It is telesales only apparently - no admin roles or management roles.

    Regards,

    Sadie

I am afraid some people are way past step 3 which will do doing nothing other then lose them their houses, and can be bothered to look around the net.
There is also an overwhelming "burden of proof." that some people may not be aware of.

I find it mildly disturbing that the general advice offered on that site is to "rig" Google etc.
Bit late for some if they care to look a little deeper.
Took one of my five brothers (a senior partner in N Yorks) so long to stop laughing at it i had to put the phone down on him and ring him back lol.

    Oh!
Maybe i forgot to mention that another brother owns an isp anlongside an IT specialist company.

You also have incredulously not identified me correctly despite my identity being no secret, hey!
    Here's an idea...Ask me?
