You are obviously the person who is regularly having a go at KW.  Why do you not get real and realise that it was not KW who lost you your job but the con men who ran Minster Legal and the other associated companies who were scamming people.
We were scammed by Minster and it was because of our and many other complaints to the Trading Standards and the Police who realised after many people had been ripped off that there was a major problem at these companies. None of the people knew when they started working at Minster what the company was doing but you all did long before they were closed down so you cannot blame one person for the demise of the company.It is a pity it took so long because when £1.1 million is taken from people and nothing given in return that is a major problem which YOU were also part of so why do you not put up and shut up or alternatively join the side of the people trying to stop more people being ripped off or do you only care about yourself.At least KW is trying to help others!!!

Will Writing companies are at present not regulated by the Government but some claim to be self  regulated but who regulates them? No one,which means that anyone can put a logo on their headed notepaper but it is not worth the paper it is written on.

My mother is thinking of setting up a Bespoke trust with Express Law and  dont have a good feeling about this.  Can anyone really explain to me what a bespoke trust is?

Bella Thankyou for your comments. A Bespoke Trust meaning a trust tailored to the clients individual needs. However, it takes time to establish what a client needs are and the hour or so in house service may not be enough to do this effectively.

If your mother has been quoted more than £900 then it would be advisable to look for a Reputable Solicitor or Professional Will Writer that is Regulated with the Institute of Professional Will Writers (IPW).
