I see these people have highly qualified personel (or are working towards being at least moderately qualified, can someone reccommend them to me?
I thought a will writer needed no qualifications?

I here tell of one fellow among many that gave his cc details over for 400 pounds and was billed 2400 in quicktime with nothing to show for it.
So i would be grateful for any reccomendations anyone can supply, as this guy actually died whilst waiting for the money to be refunded in a couple of days, and months on his family are still waiting.

I wouldn't want to fall into that trap, so are these people straight up or what?
Does anybody know and can tell me please.

This is a new website from Express Law, created on the 30th November 2011 by one of their Directors (Andrew Young). However, we don't know why they titled their domain Express Law Complaints when the content of the website says nothing at all about complaints. Is this just a good diversion if you were to google Express Law Complaints?

Ive been following this thread with great interest for a long time now, it appears to me that its just a bunch of disgruntled ex employees with not enough common sense to move on in life. Sure youve all been had my Mr barton and his associates, put it down to a life experiance, bitching and moaning about it will only serve to increase the bitterness you are feeling and and you are the only ones who are troubled by it, Mr barton and co clearly are not! The names posted relating to employees are so inaccurate its pathetic. Get a life people, move on and shut up whinging and moaning about things you can do nothing about. My Brother was taken in by these scum bags,instead of taking £450 they took £2440, he has since died & even though his Solicitor has a letter  from Express Law saying they will refund his money we are still waiting. Do not have anything to do with these evil people.

Please be vigilant when approached by these Companies and other similar to them, that cold call and offer you services which require up front payment and at significantly high prices.

On average, a Trust for Property Protection should cost no more than £500. So please don't be fooled into paying a higher price for a 'Bespoke Trust' as all Trusts should be tailored to your individual requirements.

Very good, but who was actually involved in running these companys for clarification and peace of mind....Were/are they anything to do with the people who run express law will writing?
I need some assurance here.

As an aside, hold fire, a cat can be skinned many ways and you are angry i know.
