Nan Thankyou for your comments. It is laughable that they use threats and abuse when they have nothing constructive to say. We have noticed that they give more abuse when we comment (with facts and information that are already in the public domain) and when genuine clients and posters like yourself come on the forum.

Excellent.  Nice to see they have gone.  Lets hope it will not be too long before Express Law et al follow them.  There has recently been a warning in our local paper (Lancashire) telling people not to deal with cold caalling will writers.

Why are Express Law's consultants claiming to be members of The Law Society? Perhaps they would be better telling their clients that their membership from The Society of Will Writers was Revoked for breaching the Society's Code of Practice.

Express Law are now targeting elderly groups around the UK. Can anyone advise if I should contact the local trading standards in regard their bully boy tactics or the ones where their office is located. I'm trying to protect an elderly group where my mother assists. As soon as she rattled through their presentation I knew it was bad news.

Any advice on blocking them, as they took the details of many trusting group members is appreciated.

Plea don't sound so silly. Express law are not targeting the elderly they never have. If you are over 18 and are in the area of the uk our consultant is in you will be rang once.

Please provide facts. Do not lie and say we use bully tactics as that is ridiculous. People have a reciver in their hand. They can put the phone down at ANY time.

Finally feel free to go to trading standards this firm has been running since 2009 and we have helped many many people. This fourm is a hate campaign run by kw a ex employe. Your a fool to think that posting on here will get you anywhere. This forum has been 'bringing us Down' ext since 2010. Yet we are bigger then ever!

I'm within my rights to have an opinion. Your response to me on this site has provided me with no details, just like your marketing materials had no details on it (no address or phone number, no registered company details etc) - very strange from a starting point when you're talking to people about legal matters. And if you want to gain their trust.  I would expect far more attention to detail in a company spouting the 'worst case scenario'.
You speak of a disgruntled employee - its called Whistleblowing and they are quite within their rights to ensure that your actions are highlighted. Sadly the age group you target don't have access to such methods to check the validity of a company.
Also, your website spouting on and on about scams and such - it doesn't exactly give those of us who are a little more savvy any positive indications but that you are speaking out to cover your backsides.
If you were legitimate you'd not need to state such rubbish on your site.
Seriously - think about it...

So here are my questions to you, as you are willing to act as a defendant of the outfit.
Are you registered with any legal bodies to provide this information, do you have any true legal qualifications to present your 'you will lose you home' tactics to people who are closing in on the end of their lives? Any qualifications as financial advisors?

I state bully-boy tactics as the wording used, the force to gain details from the respondents was disturbing to me. People act in trust, yet you do not fully disclose your own lack of qualifications or any validity when speaking with these people.

Based on the words used in the presentation, the chasing tactics and lack of professional qualifications - I'll call you whatever I like.
