Hello SR, Yes it is quite true - spa days, bath sets, candles, cash incentives, wine, days at the races. You name it, the workers get loads of treats or as the boss calls it 'incentives'. Thing is I used to work for them but left as the boss knew I was about to open my mouth. Spa days come about when sales in one week hit £30k. I hear bigger things are promised if the girls get more sales. This is massively financially driven and the girls on the phones are all late teens/early twenties, a lot with young children. The boss likes to keep them sweet so they make him money. Appalling and that is why I am not there any more.

There is far too much of this thread to read through but suffice to say I just found out my 90 year old father paid Express Law Doncaster (Mr Poucher) to set up a trust in 2011.  Not sure who with as me and my sister know nothing of this, and as far as I can trace he's paid the money and got nothing for it.
Tried ringing the phone lnes are dead, the websites are gone, do we have to write it off to experience or these dregs still around somewhere or what else can I do?

They are making 30k every week out of innocent elderly peoples HARD EARNED MONEY?! And the poor people find its a con & theyre not really covered at all when it comes down to the nitty gritty?! That is appalling!! No wonder you don't want to work for them anymore!! They are criminal!! How do they get away with it? Well I work for a local paper here in Durham & I am getting this across the front page if my boss will allow it which Im sure she will!! How can these people sleep at night?
And why are they employing such silly stupid girls that are gullible enough to work for them?! Do they have no morals at all? You say most of them have children of their own yet they are still willing to rip innocent people off?! There is no hope for their children the poor little souls are in the gutters before they start adult life if their mothers morals are anything to go by.

Oh if my work buy me a candle that will win me over into ripping the public off out of thousands, talk about gullible silly girls that are very easily led. Wonder what they would do for the bigger things you mention that's a worrying thought. What are the bigger things they are promised?

Cars for 2 girls this week at the business ... shocking!

They win cars for a 30k week?!

Two girls have been promoted to managers and get cars - all to do with sales/targets I think. They are hired or leased by the owner for the girls.

Do a lot work there? Must be a big work force for 2 managers to get cars?

Must also be a very foolish owner to lease cars to stupid kids in their late teens/early 20's as you said that's all they employ. Takes a very unprofessional company to only employ children & its normally because adults wont work for them as adults have morals. Wont be long before it goes under anyway when theyre blowing money on cars for children. Their average day at work must be like a scene from Blue Peter.

Who works there Donnylass? Be interesting to know.... and what positions are they in?

Company started in about April and was worked initially from one of the girl's homes with 3 workers, Jazmine, Dannielle and Natalie. They used PAYG mobiles. Dannielle had previously worked for Andy Hesketh in another company. Then they got offices in Doncaster, Dannielle got made up to PA and then Office Manager. Jazmine and Natalie went to the new offices. Then Paris, Sarah, Kerry, Bianca and loads of other girls joined, including me. Natalie has just got made up to PA. Jazmine did a 2 day legal course and is out there selling wills and lasting power of attorney and calls herself a legal consultant. Natalie and Dannielle have got the cars - brand new Micras. All they brag about is the money they earn and the perks they get. I can't give much more info as I am not there anymore for reasons I have said before.

The other thing I know is that the boss has bought loads of PAYG mobiles for the girls to make the outbound cold calls to try and sell. The telephone bills were too much apparently.

Since when does anybodies PA get a car?? That's something Ive never heard of before! The transport of a PA has never been paid for where Ive ever worked in the past! Calling from mobiles? How professional! Making calls from a house?! A 2 day training course does not make Jazmine or anyone else a LEGAL CONSULTANT! Only company Proprieters get cars in any company so I hope the business owner enjoys bankruptcy as that's where he is heading, he obviously has never owned a business before as he simply knows nothing about running a business its clear to see with all these facts

Which service/network provider are these mobiles on as it is illegal to be making marketing calls from mobiles for starters & secondly if they have been sold as a normal mobile it is also illegal to be making marketing calls from them. Get them reported to the network provider. Another red card for the 'imcompetant, unprofessional, clearly FIRST TIME, business owner'

As for the 2 bimbos with the cars, Is be very upset if my boss thought I was only worthy of a Nissan Micra haha, they are seen as OAP Mobility Cars so yes.... say no more.... haha probably about right

The owner is not new in business - had several of these types of businesses. Used to be a bobby with Manchester Police but lost his job through dishonesty. Google search Andrew Hesketh.

I agree with all you say SR and that is why I am no longer with the company.
