- K W| 2 repliesTo all Readers: Directors Andrew Young and Martin Smith have liquidated Express Law of Doncaster, relinquishing from all responsibilities to their clients. Beware as they have started new companies Synergy Legal which was Synergy Law. https://www.duedil.com/company/08294102/synergy-legal-limited
Albeit under the names of Kay Marie Morley and Robert Mosely who is a banned Solicitor. http://www.synergylegal.org.uk/ We can prove that they're spurned from Express Law, steer well clear of them.
Their head Consultant Andrew Hesketh has started Prestige Law also in Doncaster.

Again steer well clear.
Thankyou for reading.
KW - Death Angel replies to Sides are aching| 3 repliesIn reality I was one of the 2000+ agents who were ripped of to the tune of £7000 by Barton and NLS. With the work I gave up and the money I put in to it to try to make it work I lost about £58000.
So don't dare give my crap about someone you don't know trying to be scary and being a hard man. - Death Angel replies to K WWow, at last we know where Barton is. I have it a relative of mine has just moved to Australia and I have a mate who lives in West Sydney too. I wonder if Gerry will be up for a pint when I go over next year.
I hope the Law soon catches up with him. - Death Angel replies to RODHi Rod. I was ripped off by Barton for £7000 too. As far as I am aware Barton has nothing to do with Collective Legal Solutions who started up as Dovedon when NLS were closed down. They are in the John Banner Building in Attercliffe Road in Sheffield. The same offices as NLS.
Chris Dingley who was a "Business Development" manager for Barton is a Director of the company and the other 3 directors worked for NLS. - Little Miss Sunshine replies to Death Angel| 2 repliesBest not be scary or a hard man when the Death Angel is looking down, see http://www.myspace.com/kevinmanley if yellow running shorts scare you then start running now
- Deksan replies to Death Angel| 1 replyGood morning..........
I am another of the NLS franchise victims and although I have virtually given up on ever seeing my £6995.00 again, it would be somewhat satisfying to see the perpetrators of this scam finally being brought to justice.
Has any progress been made in recovering any of the monies? Also, are you aware of the involvement of a B.A.Roberts, legal consultant with a company called Inventory Solutions, who in July 2008 contacted me to tell me he was working on behalf of former NLS franchisees and had succeeded in securing several thousands of pounds in compensation?
Regards, Deksan - Death Angel replies to DeksanThe people who paid by credit card were able get a refund from their card company. I think it was under section 45. If you paid by any other way you have lost your money.
- SRHow does Synergy aka Express Law feel about Prestige Law working from Fact Finds stolen from them....
- Call type: Telemarketer
- IMPARTIAL replies to Little Miss SunshineWhere do people get off writing this bull [***] ?
- SRPete Heath who runs Express Law is a ROB DOG
- Omados replies to SRI can confirm that the information in this message is correct. I know all of these people and know they brag day after day what money they r making out of people. Horrendous
- Minimee replies to K WOh yes, they are trying to set up new companies and con young girls to working for them on the phones. But more than that, con young girls to con old and vulnerable women to con them into buying services that cost a fraction of the price if they went to a local solicitor. Jazmine, Danielle, Natalie, Sarah, Jade, Louise and others who call unsuspecting potential client with their spiel spring to mind. They are trained by Andrew Hesketh [ex police officer, now convicted of criminal offences]. Seruoisly bad news and it wants to be spread far n wide
- Donnylass replies to K WI used to work for them, it is all about the sell sell sell and the £ that the various people can make and far less about client care. Did you know, the sales people get treats like spa days and holidays if sales exceed expectations? Yes, they treat the workers well with their various sales incentives but quite honestly this is not about providing clients with a tailor made best solution for them. They sacked me cos I was about to open my mouth. I was not at all comfortable with all of this and to make matters worse, if the Director isn't at work, the workers do not get paid! Beware and check every detail carefully and be under no pressure to sign up is the best advice I can give to any prospective client. And what I would advise is that any prospective client [who in all honesty is likely to be advanced in years] is to have a trusted family member at the home appointment. And honestly, what this company claims to offer can be bought for far less cost on the high street with a local solicitor.
- SR| 18 repliesMy advice would be to avoid Express Law, Synergy & Prestige Law, they are all the same kind of CON merchants ripping members of the public out of their hard earned money. As for giving their staff days out as incentives for ripping people off?? Do the staff actually get free spa days & holidays just for selling a lot?? I find that hard to believe...... They should be ASHAMED of themselves it a complete & utter disgrace!! It really is!! Saying that which silly old fools would use someone other than their solicitor for any legal documents?
- K WTo all Readers, If you are in any doubt that Synergy Legal are the now Liquidated Express Law and need proof, please feel free to email us at wewillgivefreeadvice@hotmail.co.uk.

KW - Donnylass replies to SR| 17 repliesHello SR, Yes it is quite true - spa days, bath sets, candles, cash incentives, wine, days at the races. You name it, the workers get loads of treats or as the boss calls it 'incentives'. Thing is I used to work for them but left as the boss knew I was about to open my mouth. Spa days come about when sales in one week hit £30k. I hear bigger things are promised if the girls get more sales. This is massively financially driven and the girls on the phones are all late teens/early twenties, a lot with young children. The boss likes to keep them sweet so they make him money. Appalling and that is why I am not there any more.
- Dave R replies to Donnylass| 13 repliesThere is far too much of this thread to read through but suffice to say I just found out my 90 year old father paid Express Law Doncaster (Mr Poucher) to set up a trust in 2011. Not sure who with as me and my sister know nothing of this, and as far as I can trace he's paid the money and got nothing for it.
Tried ringing the phone lnes are dead, the websites are gone, do we have to write it off to experience or these dregs still around somewhere or what else can I do? - PW replies to DonnylassThey are making 30k every week out of innocent elderly peoples HARD EARNED MONEY?! And the poor people find its a con & theyre not really covered at all when it comes down to the nitty gritty?! That is appalling!! No wonder you don't want to work for them anymore!! They are criminal!! How do they get away with it? Well I work for a local paper here in Durham & I am getting this across the front page if my boss will allow it which Im sure she will!! How can these people sleep at night?
And why are they employing such silly stupid girls that are gullible enough to work for them?! Do they have no morals at all? You say most of them have children of their own yet they are still willing to rip innocent people off?! There is no hope for their children the poor little souls are in the gutters before they start adult life if their mothers morals are anything to go by.
