Ive been receiving calls all day from them claiming to be respondex survey I answered a few questions which were basic then they got quite intrusive I wont give out personal info to any one so put the phone down on him they just keep ringing the house phone and my mobile one after the other.

apprently my number will be removed (spoke to the complaints manager)

I got a call from this number on my mobile. It was a woman and she named me by my name (ie hello is this Fiona...) unfortunately I dont get a signal in my house so the call got cut off and like others I phoned it back and got the recorded message.
Strange since I never ever give out my mobile number - plus I havent used that phone since christmas

this number calls all the time, looked at the previous responses above, so called the number back it is a company called respondex that call on behalf of other companies, trying to sell things i think, gave the option to remove number from their database so did just that, no probs

I have received calls from this number two days running this week, when I answer there is noone there - really annoying!

got a call from them today and the girl asked about identity theft.I told her she couldnt have mine because her voice wasnt deep enough.I then hung up.

i keep getting calls from this number on both my mobile and home phone, i have asked to be removed from there call list but this only gets you called more offten

I have had several missed calls from this number, they usually ring when I am working. Today they rang whilst I was at home. I answered the call to get nothing on the other end.

Just had this number call me.

I have had problems from Respondez and Vanquis before, they seem to come up every time I have a spam call!!

My number is on a DO NOT CALL list, yet they call me every day!

Have had this number call me 60 times in 4 days....... no-one answers nor do they leave a message have ended up putting my phone on silent, because they just keep ringing and ringing...... any ideas how to get rid of them?

I am furious and will be getting hold of there complaints "manager" like a previous poster has done.

this number was calling me 2/3 times a day over the a week. I called back and there was an automated message saying if i wanted to remove my number then input my phone number and press 1. I did and havent received a call for the last week so looking good!!

I have already called and deleted the number a few weeks ago but oh what a suprise they have started calling me again.............

This is where they are getting our numbers (hence why some posters are saying they have asked their age) you have to opt out................incredible, our personal info is being sold for a pound. OFCOM agreed this???

I also keep getting calls from them and no reply when I answer. However today they did and wanted to try and give me a booklet for special deals relating to my credit card and got quite shirty when I said I wasn't interested. I also challenged them over not answering the phone and they said it was a fault on the line!!

This number has just phoned me on my landline claiming to be calling on behalf of Aquacard. Trying to sell me a brochure for £38 a month with "discounts" in for playing golf and meals out. Rubbish. I hung up.

Contact the complaints manager via switchboard 01429 241400 and have your number removed from their database.

Was called today from this number for some £9.99 per month brochure/voucher membership offer from Aqua, my credit card company (website for reference: www. aquacard. co. uk - delete the spaces)

I contacted their customer services on 0845 601 0436 & got my details removed from all marketing calls, texts & postal mail (latter two have not been a problem though). It will take up to 28 days to be removed apparently.
