Asking me for personal details regarding a credit card I have.

i just  had a call from this number  woman said she was from value saver club  offering a 30 day trial brochure with money off offers on most shops and also off petrol or diesel for the price of £1 after 30 days i could cancel and i wouldnt be under any obligation to continue if i wanted to keep it it would cost me £9.95  a month . The brochure should come within 5 days the woman said and inside it would be a membership number to use on their website and on there would be a list of all the stores etc i would save with  (I hope this is of some help )

Had many missed calls from this number, now have a new dect phone so I have barred it!

My wife has just had calls from this number we believe it's a scam do not answer!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems to be some sort of scam as an ex police officer advice is do not answer or give any details out

had 2 calls one after each other, i called the number back. some one NOT english. told them they was calling the police st and that i will find out who they are ha ha ha ha!!

Called me today, said they were a company called simplymine, offering discounts on all sorts of things including days out meals home insurance e.t.c. Said they got my number from a word search - Whatever that means ?

since 3 days i'm getting calls from this number and i'm just ignore it!!!

Got a call from this number.  They said they were "Value Shopper something"  trying to help people with savings on they purchase.  I just said that i wasn't interested.

The lady told me she was promoting value shopper, a chance to make savings, with an immediate £10  voucher for petrol. She ran off a load of crap and then asked if I was interested. I said no thank you. She said Oh, why not? I said I just wasn't interested... She then hung up!! Nice!! Just because I don't want to be forced to take up an offer that doesn't interest me, she slams the phone down. Puts me answering my own phone.

Had a call last week and another one this week.Picked the phone up and nobody answered.Thought they must be trying to sell some thing.Call's now being barred.

Pain in the backside - keep phoning - whn I answer they hang up - did 1471 and recorded msg from respondex

Just had a call from these guys today, who actually wanted to speak to my husband they claim to be from Vanquis Bank - who are they anyway? First thing she asked was for me to verify some details for security puposes. I said we don't give out security details to unsolicited calls and she hung up. Definitely dodgy in my opinion! Be aware of these guys!

I had a call from this number today, they said they were calling from Vanquis and knew my name, I do have a Vanquis card, but I got suspicious when they wanted to confirm my postcode etc for "security". When it became clear I wasn't going to play ball, they ended the call fairly rapidly.

I then called Vanquis direct on the number from their website to check if this was a genuine call and if anything was wrong with the account. They said there were no notes on the account but they do call people for extra services etc. She then tried to sell me the same stuff!!! I ended the call fairly rapidly.

Thanks for the 01429 241400 number, I have been having fun calling them on mute (from a withheld number) several times already today. I might start asking for their home phone numbers and try and sell them some insurance.

Had a call from this number, said it was vanquis bank, asked me to confirm name and address, when i said no the person on the phoned said ok then hung up. I would never give out my personal details to anyone who phoned me.

They are a telemarketing company who say they're calling on behalf of your credit card company or another company you deal with. They then go on to try and sell you mobile phone insurance etc.

Just don't answer or tell them your not interested.

I was considering contacting my credit card company to see if they are selling off my details or are working with these people. They'll only say no, so didn't bother.

I have had two calls recently, the last today.  No one there so don't know what they wanted.  These people are a b------ nuiscence and BT should terminate their number.

Had numerous calls from this number despite punching in my number to stop them, rang the alternative number on here to complain that I keep getting calls where i can hear people chatting in the background and then the phone was put down the Female who I spoke to said that was illegal!!!!!! Hopefully they won't ring again
