- Paul T replies to AngieBrooksReceived Angie...Thanks...
- AngieBrooks replies to Brian downs| 12 repliesClearly this isn't from Downs (it is not in CAPS and the punctuation is too good). However, I will respond. You have stated that everything that should be done has been done - but that is not true. You have ignored the accounts I sent you and issued an incomplete set of "accounts" that does not show the Metis Law transactions. I do not think I know everything about ITSL, but then you don't either. If we both put our evidence, information and intelligence together we would get a lot further together than apart. None of the information that have has been obtained illegally, only legitimately. I would be more than happy to let you "get on with it" if there was any evidence you have made any progress, but so far all you have done is produce an incomplete set of accounts that ignores the original ITSL and Metis Law accounts that I sent you via Paul T. You have shown no evidence of any great strides in the past few weeks and I have made no false statements. I am also concentrating on the two schemes where I have been a director for the past few months, but I need information from ITSL (your client) which was the administrator. Kindly provide it without further delay.
- Brian downs replies to AngieBrooks| 11 repliesI will repeat once again I cannot use third party information sent by you or anyone else ,I must have it from Metis law and no one else .it is only because of this situation that the accounts were prepared and submitted to members ,in law they do not have to be . The most important accounts will be each members individual account that can't be done without the completion statements and the valuation . With regard to the other two companies why don't you ask your friend who controls the two to admit there was no connection with imperial . He used the capita oak draft and did not change the name ,you are the director ,you find out . I will continue to do what I have to do in the interest of the members of capita oak .
- AngieBrooks replies to Brian downs| 1 replySo why haven't Metis Law sent you their accounts? And why haven't ITSL given you their accounts if you are their accountant? It would appear that you have neither and I have both and sent both to you, but you are saying you can't use them? I have told you repeatedly that segregated member accounts need to be done, but these can't be done until the assets are valued, so why haven't you done this? With regard to the other two companies, I have asked you as accountant to ITSL to provide me with the information required for Westminster. ITSL was the appointed administrator for Westminster and is legally required to produce this information. It is clearly documented on the trust deed, which you must also have as you represent ITSL in both the scams it was administrating (assuming there are only two). Was ITSL also administrator for Regents? If it was, then you also need to provide me with that information please. By return.
- A postive| 18 repliesMuch as there has been criticism of Mr D and Miss A, I actually see the recent postings as positive. Thrashing thimgs out like this in public must surely somehow be moving things forward. Carry on by all means.
- A positive replies to A postiveI mean Miss B... Sorry.
- John j replies to Brian downs| 8 repliesWell get our pensions transferred out ASAP by sorting out the mess this is causing by no one wanting to accept an independent valuation or segregated members accounts which should have been done from the outset!! I don't care who does what just get it done......
- Brian downs replies to AngieBrooksPlease get this ,please understand this ,it is fact not fiction that imperial is the trustee for capita oak and only capita oak .i am sure you won't believe that but then that is your problem . I have prepared accounts by using all the bank statements , you have openly admitted that you did not have all of them,so how you prepared them I really do not know.with regard to Westminster,do your homework ,do your research and ask your friend and I am sure he will give you all the answers ,I cannot give you any because I have no knowledge of that company ,trust or scheme.you certainly do not give up do you? Who the hell is regent, have you had another vision . I think you have gone too far this time ,I thought you were looking after capita oak members, not regent ,not Westminster and any others you can dream up
- Brian downs replies to John j| 7 repliesAs soon as we can the info from Metis law and the valuations carried out your individual accounts will be prepared . I also believe that earlier today someone asked why no accounts had been prepared to 2014 ,that is because there were no transaction and the balance at 2014 is the same as at 2013 .i hope that helps.
- John j replies to Brian downs| 6 repliesIn other words our investments have made zero for the last year which is not what the members want to hear? So we are losing money all the time this drags out so why don't we put on here who we have to contact to claim on their PI insurance I'm sure you can at least give us that info?
- Brian downs replies to John jNo ,I did not say that the investment had not made any money ,what I was saying is that the cash balance with imperial was the same in2014 as in2013 . As yet we do not know the value of the investment with store first but we will and then we can prepare a balance sheet and segregate that balance sheet between the members.
- FFS replies to John j| 4 repliesThe issue of PI cover has been raised a couple of times on here. Does ITSL have PI cover?
- AngieBrooks replies to A postive| 16 repliesAt least it is better than zero communication - which is what we are getting from Store First and Metis Law.
- AngieBrooks replies to FFSWe need to know this. So, Mr. Downs - as requested before - please confirm PI cover for ITSL. You actually raised this issue yourself.
- John j replies to FFS| 2 repliesYou are right but they still won't pass on the information as it will probably not be worth the paper it is written on but more use as toilet paper! Obviously Mr Downs must know as the accountant for imperial, who provides the PI cover as has to be shown in the accounts somewhere, so come on Brian do the right thing and tell us?
- Beckenham replies to Brian downs| 8 repliesNot quite Bromley, but nearby, is the owner of ITSL and that is Mr C Payne. Surely, as owner of ITSL, he has the right to ask for the copy contracts and surely Metis Law cannot refuse them. Aren't the pods in the name of ITSL as trustee of Capita Oak? Why not call Mr Payne on Monday and tell him to get on the phone to Metis Law. After all, Mr Payne was the one that appointed Karl Dunlop and so Dunlop was acting for his firm.
- joe-w replies to John j| 1 replyI think your right there, I think there is going to be a lot of trouble when the valuations are released I'm betting on a 90% loss or over valuation
And I bet I'm not far off the mark there this is the reason for the stalling on the valuations
Any comments Brian ?? - Paul T replies to AngieBrooksAll hoping for positive info from ML this week
- Paul T replies to Beckenham| 7 repliesRequests have been made this week to ML...Dunlop replaced Karen Burton and in a matter of days the monies then began to go across to ML....
- John j replies to joe-wYes and the thing that is most irritating is that when we agreed to the pension transfers there was never anyentiin of everyone's transfers been amalgamated into 1 large lump sum and I believe that should be the bias of any major complaints to the relevant bodies dealing in this case as I for one disagree with imperial / capita oak decision told that....
