http://www.drphil.com/contact_main/ - Ank replies to Dr Phil| 8 repliesWhy would an American show take interest in something that's of UK public interest only?
- Dr Phil replies to AnkThis is a global phenomenon and we have a four episode exposé on transatlantic cyber and phone crime due to air next month. Watch us on ITV3 starting on Monday February 15 in the UK.
- USA replies to Ank| 6 repliesThere is a US connection. First Stone Circle and second that Jesse from the US program Storage Hunters was seen in Manchester recently promoting Store First.
- PerryChristie replies to USAFirst Stone is linked to Jesse Stone who was played in the TV series by Tom Selleck. Who is an American. The truth will come out.
- AngieBrooks replies to USA| 2 repliesPlus the Class Action has a member resident in the US, plus some of the proceeds of various frauds were used to purchase luxury villas in Orlando, Florida, plus the same bunch who did Capita Oak and Westminster have done many more which may have involved the US. This is a global problem involving Cyprus, UAE, New Zealand, Gibraltar, Guernsey, the Czech Republic, Malta, West Indies and USA. CO and W are just the tip of the iceberg.
- Sir David Attenborough replies to AngieBrooksThe rest of the iceberg is in Antarctica.
- Ank replies to USA| 1 replyTrue Jesse has been promoting Store First for a very long time, Quinten Wilson has been doing the same.
- USA replies to AnkBen and Jerry's are somehow implicated too, I just know it.
- jack replies to Metis Lawif you lot are a genuine solicitors . how come you got involved with fraudsters in the first place. and protect them
- ROGER CHANTYes there may be some communication from ITSL now (albeit a load of waffle), but prior to this forum becoming highly active, and the investigating carried out by Angie and her team, there was NO communication. Strange how ITSL are now making announcements to everyone.
- Questionhttp://www.moneymarketing.co.uk/news-and-anal ... 2018230.article
Here is a question for you IFA's or investment experts looking at this. The collection of pods are not managed by the individuals in the scheme and the individuals were not involved in the investment process or purchase. I am sure that there are fees to manage to pods and so on and this is not being done by Imperial but by Store First. Is this a collective investment scheme without authorisation, with similar issues as the article above? - BRIAN DOWNS replies to AngieBrooksI have said before that I would not post on here again but I have but it really does not achieve anything. Over this last weekend there has been a new crew posting nonsense after nonsense and in addition you harping on about Westminster and Highgate, you are a self-appointed director of these two companies so therefore you should know what's going on, but in any event what have those two companies got to do with Capita Oak, the answer to that is nothing at all. You say you want to help but all you do is to rant about other people and connected fraud in the US, it states at the foot of this site that all comments should be truthful but yours are not unless of course someone is feeding you false information. So to genuine members I say should you want any information or help then you have my e-mail details and or phone number.
- One could be forgiven| 81 repliesOne could be forgiven for thinking that some explanation is needed. Isn't the appointment of Maria Orolfo from UAE as director of Imperial Trustee Services Ltd, Thames Trustees Ltd and Hightgate Trustees Ltd a bit of a coincidence? Not just that, she resigned from all on them on the same day. In fact at the same time as Ms Brooks said she contacted the firm in the UAE if I read that correctly earlier. If they were not connected, why resign from all three?

- One could be forgiven replies to SIMPLE ANSWERA phone call to the firm she works for in UAE could confirm that, I would suppose.
- AngieBrooks replies to One could be forgiven| 78 repliesWhen I spoke to Adrian Oton of Europe Emirates in September 2014, Orolfo had already resigned from all three. The date a resignation is sent in isn't always the same date as appears at Companies House and the Co's House dates are often different to the Company Check dates. James Hadley appointed her to all three - ITSL, Highgate and Thames. There were no directors as all the previous directors had resigned for their own reasons (undoubtedly either fear or greed, or both) so there is definitely a connection. Furthermore, Capita Oak and Westminster had the same sponsoring employer and the same administrator - ITSL. The connection between Capita Oak and Westminster is clear (Ward, Salih, Sarah Duffel, Perkins and Hadley were involved in both). It strikes me that if Downs were genuinely concerned for the members he would help, rather than hinder. If he represents ITSL, then he has a legal and professional obligation to respond to my specific queries regarding Westminster which to date he has failed to do.
- Shadowman replies to AngieBrooks| 77 repliesHadley is the shadow director of all this then? I have seen a few mentions of this, but this seems to be the clearest evidence yet if this Mr Oton is telling the truth.
- SIMPLE ANSWER replies to Shadowman| 76 repliesYou are correct and Angie Brooks was aware of this 5 months ago.
