I have explained to Downs that ITSL was the Administrator for Westminster and therefore they should have produced accounts.  Downs just keeps denying this and the people behind ITSL won't communicate with me.  If you are a Westminster member, then contact me on angiebrooks99@gmail.com.  All I know about Westminster is that the same fraudsters behind Capita Oak were also behind Westminster.  The trust deed appointed Thames as trustee and ITSL as administrator.  Am not sure whether Downs is denying this deliberately or whether he genuinely fails to understand what the legal obligations of his own client are.

sorry but you are just hiding ,you blame the director of itsl  for not producing accounts  on that company so why do you not accept responsibility for you own companies , that to me should be straight forward . i am asking you to publicly state on this forum why as a director you have not produced accounts on two companies  even though there are striking off applications against these two companies . i would suggest that you concentrate on your own companies and let capita do the same after all you are not  a director of that company  are you?

Angie Brokks just comes across as a busy body with nothing in her life, but to stir up [***] for others. How sad for her, that this is all she has in her life!!! Got to feel sorry for her in a way.

I have been using this forum for several months now, and I think many people who come on here regularly can by now tell the difference between a genuine post and one from one of the fraudsters trying to deflect attention from their guilt.  A genuine member would not write anything like that.  This is just mischief and malice.  But good to see these people practising their writing skills, as these will come in handy while they write their memoirs in prison.

having read this site  for many months it is quite amazing  that all you do is to attack , you never answer  any  questions that people put to you  so for once please answer , where are the accounts for westminster a company of which you are a director  and the only director , stop creating diversions and answer.

If you had been following this, you would have known that the Westminster funds disappeared a long time before she stepped in. She would need to get the scheme adminstrator to provide the information for the accounts, there must be one. Section 270 of the FA has been mentioned before and the duties of the administrator are listed.

There are some spooky resemblances between Westminster and Capita Oak.  They were both administered by the same crew, and promoted by the same people.  Same letters with no signature.  Same problem with bank account: Barclays bank frozen at the same time the ITSL bank accounts for Capita Oak were frozen.  Same emails from "Sarah" and "Tom".  (Sarah Duffel and Tom Biggar).  Same style and flavour of communication.  Transfer spreadsheets for both Capita Oak and Westminster done by the same person in the same style and same spelling mistakes in bright red and yellow with notes about actions for Tom, Alan, Sarah, Anthony (Biggar, Fowler, Duffel, Salih).  Same clumsy, amateurish approach.  Same sponsoring employer RP Medplant (or Med Plant).  Same Administrator ITSL.  Same director appointed in Dubai, Maria Orolfo - by James Hadley.  Now, call me an old sceptic, but I think it stretches credibility to claim these scams were not run by the same fraudsters.  With the same result - desperate victims who have potentially lost their pensions.

Ok so I will reply. I can assure you that Miss Brooks is totally wrong in what she is saying. She only attacks and never gives answers herself. Can I repeat what I have said many times before in that I have never met or spoken to Ward, or Dunlop. I have never met Hadley or Fowler and for me to act for them I would have to go through an ID process which I have not. Why do you believe what Miss Brooks has to say and disbelieve everyone else? All Miss Brooks has is theory, no facts although she will maintain that everything she has is factual but I can assure it is not.

Not sure she actually said you had met them, I read this as ITSL being the common factor which does not mean you are connected with Westminster. If ITSL have not instructed you to look at Westminster then I think we should accept that.

Let me explain about Westminster. When the scheme was set up the draft of the Capita Oak scheme was used and incorrectly it was never noticed by anyone. I have in my possession a document from HMRC registering the Westminster scheme with them on 6th December 2012 clearly showing that the scheme administrator to be Thames Trustees not and I repeat not Imperial, it never was Imperial it was always Thames. There is no point in me misleading you where would that get me.

I have sent you 3 emails why are you not replying to them please has all this on here now is all beyond me.Everyone blaming each other just want some truthful answers please.
