You need to find out if any store pods have actually been resold.  My guess would be that Store First would prefer to market their new pods at new sites...not spend time trying to resell others.

Hi Joe...i know for a fact that ML are responding this week and I HOPE that as a result this will move things forward.
I think if we knew which pods within the sites it was then, yes, go to the Land Registry...but its a bit of a needle in a haystack.

Exactly, which all goes against any idea of ever getting any money out if this,I am not a financial wiz of any kind, and even I can see that this is not a suitable investment for a pension scheme whatsoever,
My thoughts are TW set all the afire mentioned schemes up fronted by various yes men, to fund all his SF ventures, quite genius really when you think about it,he could have made 30-40 million from de-frauded scheme members without ever having to pay any of it back and collecting around 30% of all income generated from SF
And I bet he is well covered from any blame or association

Fully agree with you...it's a coincidence that all these puppets have been involved with TW in one way or another in the past. I base TWs actions on the way he treated the apartment investors.  He can't hide all the stories on the Internet and how many blogs is he going to gag?  I'm not very financial headed myself but was told by a 'friend' to look in to investing in this after I was made redundant and mentioned that I had a frozen pension.   Just on look at the scheme turned me off...
Once all of this is in the open and more clearer then maybe a collective civil case? Knowing TWs record it's going to be very hard to get your money back...ITSL maybe the crux of the problem but they won't be able to make the rent appear unless TW lets them and if the pods were bought as a collective you have nothing to your name...no pod to your name, no rent?  Just a thought from someone on the outside looking in

How can they hold on to important documents like this for so long that I would like answering are they owed money ? Are they after something else? Have the pods even been purchased in the quantity claimed ?

Is anyone going to confirm if ITSL has PI cover? The accounts lumped all the costs together, so there was no breakdown of costs. Any chance there was an insurance premium paid for trustee cover? Probably clutching at straws here.

Since you seem to be able to get things moving a bit, which I am sure is appreciated, have you thought of chatting to a competitor of Store First? I mean a real bona fida one  about the market in general and the general demand and the like once you know what the land Registry says.

There as to be a reason and a huge one at that, my money is on not all pods were purchased there hiding something Paul and ITSL must have been in on it in the early days, just think you hand 10.8 mill over and get nothing in return then couple of years later your required to hand deeds over, don't think so you'd want them or copies receipts straight away, even so if months later your asked for them so you can get a valuation why block the way, just don't make sense, unless there is something to hide

I can assure you joe that the monies were transferred to Metis and that is why we have been waiting since last October for the completion statements . The originals were probably sent to karl Dunlop and then to the shadow director of Maria orolofo. We have seen some info from the land registry but without full knowledge of the locations we cannot get the valuations, that is why I asked Metis to get them done ,they know the locations .

This puzzles me Brian as is only contributing to the excessive incompatence of ITSL and all associated with them in whatever capacity, let's keep the evidence of negligence,mis-management incompetence ect ect ect, it all builds up a good claim.
My interpretation, so far Brian, is this
This scheme was set up in 2012/2013 some 10 million plus was transferred to capita oak which in turn was invested in store pods via, Metis law, after everyone who could had creamed a bit off for themselves.
Then once all was in place Toby had is money, capita had the pods , everything went completely quiet, no communication whatsoever, then once this forum built up steady speed, people started to come out the woodwork , as we gathered speed , everything happened, until nothing more could be done . No more delaying, no more excuses, so now one big excuse had to be thought up which is where we are now, I DONT BELIEVE it's not possible to contact the people involved whoever it is to get the confirmation within 72hrs I can get a copy of my house deeds in a matter if minutes,
I think the pods were never purchased hence TW paying nothing to capita, no valuations taking place, as it's impossible to value nothing or very little,
Show me the proof Brian, chant and whoever else prove me wrong

Joe you are very smart, but it is actually worse than you think. This wasn't just a scam, but a super scam.  Now that Downs has confirmed the Westminster connection to Capita Oak it is all starting to come together like a huge, dirty jigsaw  puzzle.  Downs is actually so anxious to deny things he is exposing things.  The fraudsters are scurrying around like squirrels with std's and wondering how to shut Downs up. They thought he was so thick that they could manipulate him, but now they don't know how to limit the damage he is doing to them.  They thought Metis Law were thick, and they were right, but now through the fog of thickness there is emerging a kind of intelligence which is going to hang them all.  Hang in there.

Excellent idea...I had a chat at length some months ago with the Self Storage Association (SSA)...SF were previously members but a couple of years ago ceased to be so...during the second half of 2014 the SSA made statement with regard to the SF model...I can go back to them...when we know re the pods...
Joe....some of the pods are on the land registry, one or two have been located but it is that needle in the haystack...

I was quoting as it is supposed to be , how they want us to see it
I really can't believe it's that hard to obtain to a valuation there must be some issue preventing Metis releasing the confirmation and I can only see one reason they havnt been purchased
