When I went to Beckenham and spoke to Mark Hasset at Imperial trustees address he put me in touch with her..its on an earlier post all the phone numbers I got for CO + IPS

They have said they checked it's an hmrc registered company and that's it but by there own admission they never checked it was fca regulated so I'm  now with ombudsman

Good morning has anyone requested there transfers details and had them back its seems to me they will not reply to that email just sent it again  demanding a answer or a reason why they are not replying being weekend it will probaly go quiet think this is going to a long road but we will all have to keep trying and stick together.

I've given them 7 days to produce mine it's funny how lots of letters have been sent out this week after this as rocketed there gonna be paying a lot out if any papers do arrive

don't mean to put a damper on things, but I first started about 10 months ago with request for transfer papers, Internal Resolution Dispute request- and nothing from them. Handed it over to the Ombudsman 4 months ago and they have had no contact from them. The Pension Regulator has been investigating them and they have the power to take over the fund and wind it up. They can also prosecute any individuals if the have been dishonest. Unfortunately they will not tell you anything while an investigation is on going, so its a bit frustrating. But I still contact them, just to let them know I'm not going away.

Also its an illiquid investment so the money is not there to transfer, even if the regulator takes over. They will have to put these things on the market and try to sell them. So its important to know this is for the long haul and try not to get disheartened, and pray that the Regulator is doing their job and take this over

I requested mine giving them a 7  day deadline but as of yet no reply. I also received a letter from ombudsman and looks like they will investigate to see if enough checks were carried out by nhs pensions. Hopefully this will push things on...
