has anyone else received a 2014 statement?

Yes last nite just read it owing to being on late shift not sure what to do now my husband wants out of there.

I have just sent a strong email in reply to their statement has my figures dont add up .its a disgrace really at a loss now what to do reported it to all the revelant authoritys has advised.This james person is only the messenger so i said could someone of authority contact me and can i have the real address i am so angry .

ask them for transfer paperwork....

My statement from 2013 shows the money that went in from the Royal Mail then minus their fees for running it (what a joke) which was 5% the remainder is exactly the same for this year..according to their 2014 statement I might as well have left the money under my bed..this company is so dodgy it's untrue

what will happen now can we transfer it out do you think.

I received the same statement by email. They also said in email 'I realise you have been having problems contacting us and I hope this statement helps address these concerns'. ....What a joke, as ive been on at them since last July asking for a transfer, firstly through an IFA-- no replies, then through the Ombudsman since December. They haven't replied to the Ombudsman despite several attempts and legal letters from them. Now they pop up and reassure everyone that everything is fine. Will be writing to Regulator and Ombudsman again today, highlighting that this address is a false front and not Imperial Trustees.

As mentioned before, all correspondence with them will probably fall on deaf ears, and if they do engage it will only be do fob you off as they always have. Best hope is for the Regulator to take this scheme on and wind it up. Only problem with this is that it might be a long process to sell these thing off and get some of original funds back..

But, there is hope-- the noose is tightening around them.

Just recieved this and replied with a request for transfer papers within 7 days

Also had a very basic statement which showed a loss also and they stated they had sent it out in November I think we may be getting somewhere now

I've requested the transfer details a complaints officer from legal & general as been on to them on my behalf as well I've given them 7 days to issue them

L & G ? Is that where it came from !? Did they do enough checks. ..they should know better..as should Royal London, Scot Wids etc..

my pension came from the Royal Mail. I spoke to Sarah Duffel today who worked for Imperial Trustees Services she no longer works for them I don't fully trust her but I could tell to by some of her responses that these companies are crooks..she has assured me she is going to get some more details of someone who is still working for them,she said sh'd call me back tomorrow. I know emails are the best way of communication as there is a trail but I really want to speak to these people. We'll see if she comes back to me. She said she doesn't have any numbers for the bosses of CO as everything was conducted by email..not really buying that but if I get any more info I'll be putting it on here for you all to see.
I'm hoping now we've got these people a little worried and there might start to be a glimmer of hope
