Those are my sentiments exactly and Brian isn't helping the case by refusing to answer question I put to him in an email. He just forwarded another members directly to the director of imperial so what a waste of time We do when he says to contact him all stalling tactics at end of day.

You could of course be right, and it is funny that you brought up the CISX investment.  By coincidence Ward was operating just such a scam around the same time with Angela South of Expat Pensions and he set it up using Elysian (not Elysium as he quoted below:)

1.  Client borrows 16k or thereabouts (this is available in the package)
2.  He gets a non recourse loan (which will not be repaid) of £84k
3.  He buys shares in Xco for £100k.   These are listed on the CISX ( name is Elysium)
4.   Transfers £100k to James Hay SIPP
5.   SIPP pays member £100k for the shares .,,,
6.   Member repays the 16k and trousers £84k

My IFA connection has done 40 of them so far.  Advice to transfer to the SIPP is from an FCA regulated IFA.  James Hay and Suffolk Life know the full structure and are happy with it .... (end quote of email to Perkins and Fowler)

Of course, it all went horribly wrong and the victims started calling the SFO and South and Ward fell out over it, although she was at the time trying to buy Premier Pension Solutions from Ward.  Don't know how many victims they scammed in total before it all went pear-shaped but they will have made a nice killing on the fees.

Just goes to show, you can't regulate for ethics.

PPS probably did do the admin for Westminster...certainly wasn't going to use ITSL after the admin "issues"but as had been said previously " the controller of the three schemes was JH"....

Reply to what Paul there's no requirement to reply to anything other than issue the relevant documents to allow the valuation.
Unless there issuing a statement, which I hope I'm copied in, it would make interesting reading.as I'm not privvy to what there replying too, I wait in anticipation

Bet Metis Law will seek agreement to keep the 31k they are sitting on for their fees.

There was big talk from Raj before Christmas of a public meeting in Leeds, that seems to have fizzled out.

Yes there was supposed to be a meeting of the members and metis law in leeds about the 24th Jan but obviously they have realised something is wrong and not bothered to organise. Now as it gets closer to the truth they are sending a letter but I can guarantee it won't tell us anything we don't already know or how to get our monies back!!

What him personally his name not capita oak or ITSL

Think they will have bee  posted to James Ingram rather than payable to...Metis meeting didn't happen as they no longer acted for ITSL

If they no longer act should they not have forwarded all files documents to legal owner regardless of issues

If it turns out payable that will throw a spanner in the works

Nine-bob note comes to mind. If they weren't bent why are they hiding what they did with the members. And why won't they even disclose the purchase contract documentation to Downs?  Apart from the fact that think he is a clown and as bent as the fraudsters why won't they at least be transparent to the members?  They were paid 61k (at least) out of the members' funds so why don't they at least send the required information to them?  Innocent parties with nothing to hide come right out and produce evidence. Fraudsters covering up their misdeeds either keep quiet or avoid direct questions.

BTW the lovely Brian (or Bryan - poor chap can't even spell his own name!) is going to be on the telly.
