- interested replies to AngieBrooks| 111 repliesmay i ask you a question ,on the basis of what you have said happened in september why have you appointed yourself to three trustee companies as a director . why are you also still associating imperial with westminster and why are you still a director of westminster and highgate
- AngieBrooks replies to interested| 110 repliesBack in late September, ITSL, Thames and Highgate had no directors. I knew all three were administrators or trustees of fraudulent pension liberation scams, so I appointed myself to stop Companies House from striking the companies off the register. I am trying to get tPR to appoint independent professional trustees to all three, although this is not a perfect solution but better than having either fraudsters or an unqualified, unregistered person being trustee or administrator. In the Ark case, tPR appointed Dalriada, and they have spent at least 10% of the total 30m funds on trustee and legal fees so far, but at least they have recovered the majority of the assets.
- interested replies to AngieBrooks| 109 repliesok two points on your reply . 1. with respect what did any of these companies have to do with you ? 2 why did you think you could appoint yourself as a director without the permission of a responsible person for example a shareholder. i , again think that the capita oak members should be informed.
- gUEST replies to interestedShe just sounds like a busy body with nothing in her life.
- Not Avacade replies to SignaturesWe don't know for sure in relation to the dates or appointments.
You don;t need to be a director of a limited company to sign contracts anyway, employees can if the board has delegated that to them. So they can easily get round that if they need to.
The main point is that either of the two parties to the contract could challenge it in court, but it would be very difficult for a third party like a member of the pension scheme to do so - as they were not party to the contract originally, and if the contract was found to be void it would probably leave things in a worse state in relation to recovering the funds.
That is my gut feeling on this - maybe a lawyer can comment? - Good tactic replies to interestedMove the conversation away from the key issues. The milk was already spilt before she arrived. Hope you are asking the other directors to come on here and explain their role. They won't of course as they won't have direct contact with the members.
- Not Avacade| 9 repliesI currently handle appointment of directors to one company. This is done online on the Companies House system using a username and password. If you lose it they have to send a new one to the company registered office.
If you do not use the online system it can be done via form APO1
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/appoint-a-director-ap01
The authorisation signature does not need to be an existing director.
It can be either:
Director , Secretary, Person authorised , Administrator, Administrative Receiver, Receiver, Receiver manager, Charity commission receiver and manager, CIC manager or Judicial factor.
"Person Authorised" covers anyone the board have allowed to have access to the password and that would not be public knowledge as it would be in the board minutes for the company.
Anyone can send in a form APO1 as Companies House have no way of knowing that the signature on it is valid!
Anyone having access to the username and password can do it online and there are no authority checks.
I suppose what I am saying in all this is that regulation of private companies is pretty fluid. You don't even need to report share capital until the annual return falls due. The only safeguard is that confirmation of changes gets posted to the registered office so if someone tries to appoint themselves this will get spotted and they will be removed. - Andy 8a replies to interested| 2 repliesReply to Interested.
Yes, Angie has made all relevant information known to the Capita Oak members who are in touch with her. Nothing greatly important is discussed on here and Angie discusses everything relevant to members on a personal basis. I think therefore you don't know the entire situation or are just an interested busybody - Ank replies to Andy 8a| 1 replyI think 'interested' is just interested in diverting attention from the actual issues..

- AngieBrooks replies to interestedAgain, a valid question. The only former director I had contact details for was Christopher Payne. I called him many times but he never picked up. I emailed him and he didn't respond. He was also the sole shareholder. I had no contact details for Dunlop or Burton, although I did speak to Adrian Oton of Europe Emirates in Dubai who was Maria Orolfo's boss (the nominee director who resigned from ITSL, Thames and Highgate when she realised they were all connected with pension scams. At the time I was in close - as in several times a day - contact with Metis Law and we agreed that if I appointed myself as director of ITSL they would give me all the data on Capita Oak and ITSL as soon as my appointment was on the Companies House website. I warned them that Payne would remove me as soon as he saw the appointment and that there would only be a very small window of opportunity before he took steps to prevent the facts and evidence being exposed. Naturally, he removed me within hours of the appointment being published, but in the meantime I removed RP Medplant as sponsoring employer and ITSL as Administrator.
- Breath replies to Paul TLucky I was not holding my breath.
