the question angela  was 1. with respect what did any of these companies have to do with you ? 2 .why did you think you could appoint yourself  as a director without the permission  of a responsible person for example a share holder, i again think that the capita oak members should be informed . furthermore would you explain what your qualifications are to be a pension trustee , i know that you once advertised  that you were once a barrister and indeed that false claim has never been explained

Apologies for not replying sufficiently completely.

    1. with respect what did any of these companies have to do with you ?
I represent a large proportion of the 486 Ark victims (total 30m) in a class action (complaints against ceding providers, criminal complaints against perpetrators such as Ward et al, and tax appeals, plus working with Dalriada).  After a few months it became clear that the principal promoter and executioner of the Ark schemes was Stephen Ward of Premier Pensions.  He ran/promoted/administered many scams subsequent to Ark - two of which were Capita Oak and Westminster.  I knew nothing about CO until last September when I was contacted by a journalist at the Sunday Times called Nicolas Hellen and he asked me what I knew about CO.  I said "basically nothing", except that it was one of Ward's scams.  I was on holiday with my children at the time.  When I got home, I was contacted by James Hadley.  Then, a colleague of mine discovered the WhoCallsMe forum, and at the time everyone was trying to get hold of Maria Orolfo in Dubai and find out what she knew about the lost 10m.  I called her boss and it went from there.
2 .I called Companies House and explained that the sole (nominee) director had resigned and asked whether I could appoint myself.  I was told there was no legal reason why not.  The sole shareholder Christopher Payne was refusing to communicate with me (or the BBC or anyone else, including the members) and Metis Law agreed that the only way they could provide me with the information about Imperial/Capita Oak was if I was a director.  By this time I was in contact with a number of CO victims and kept them fully informed.
    3. As it turns out, tPR have confirmed I am not qualified to be a pension trustee as I do not have five years' experience.  Am happy to provide a copy of their letter.  I was once a lay barrister (between 2003 and 2007 when I retired) in what used to be the General and Special Commissioners' tax courts (now the tax tribunals).  A barrister in civil and criminal courts has to be called to the Bar, but not in tax courts.  HMRC have now agreed that I can represent all the Ark and Capita Oak members in the Tier 1 and 2 Tax Tribunals.

Any further explanations required, just shout.

You just reminded me. There was mention of a firm in Dubai that gave an agency to Premier Pensions. I notice that the Premier Pension website has now removed the footer of the website that referred to this. Coincidence?

Yes, Sam Instone's AES International (Financial Services) - headquartered in London but actually operate out of Dubai.  The "AES Partner" bit has just disappeared from the Premier Pension Solutions website, and there is no statement about what regulation they have to operate in Spain at all.  Either Instone has finally decided the tied agency commissions do not make up for the professional and legal embarrassment Ward causes him, or Ward has decided to go back to Inter Alliance Worldnet in Cyprus (through which he was basically regulated to do pet insurance).

It is what they always do.  The first time Stephen Ward ever wrote to the Ark members (more than three years after the High Court ruling) it was to write thousands of words about me - writing a Kipling-esque account of a company of which I am a director - but not one single word of apology or regret about the hundreds of victims' lives he ruined to the tune of more than 10 million, and from which he himself (and Salih) earned a fortune.  So lets end the week with a bit of poetry:

"If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs and blaming it on you, If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you, But make allowance for their doubting too; If you can wait and not be tired by waiting, Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies, Or being hated, don’t give way to hating, And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise"

I am certainly not interested in her but it does concern me on behalf of all members that she  totally misleads people, whether it is intentional or not I do not know but I can assure you that very little of what she says is factual .

Normal tactics of those covering their tracks is to discredit the source of criticism.

Ward and Salih handled all the Capita Oak transfers - out of 31 Memorial Road, Worsley (Premier Pension Transfers Ltd., 100% owned by Ward - unregulated for pension business).  It is on the Capita Oak documentation.  Entirely relevant.

300 pensions at 250 quid a pop is 75 000 quid. Peanuts really.
