No not really, it just makes my blood boil seeing these people create scam company after scam company and the authorities are as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. Seems its quite easy to hoodwink companies house by adding a middle name or a dash to get diff id's.

In TWs case set up a company, take deposits and start another company...liquidate the first and don't pay back a single penny.  He should have been banned from being a director the way he handled the mess at DH. The authorities don't seem to do much these days.

There is a law where action is taken against you when you wind more than one company up in a given period . It is called a Phoenix situation
