many new and old companys being touted around,
tons off communications going back and forth,
peaple telling falsehoods,
peaple denying the falssehoods,
nobody really knows what is going on,

Only blog I want to read on here is scammers caught, in prisone, all money returned.

the remarks that i made earlier are totally appropriate to you . please do not try and tell me how to prepare accounts  i do not need that sort of comment from you. let me explain something to you and please try and understand it . the accounts that were prepared clearly illustrated how much was paid to metis law, it could not be broken down any further  because metis law have still not provided us with completion statements , yes miss brooks they may have provided them to you but if i were to use them how do i know if they are genuine, it would be totally wrong for me to dlo that . in any event i do not and will not answer to you , my responsibility is to  imperial , imperials responsibility is to the members  and jointly to you is totally zero . now lets talk about global ,sarah duffell  was  a director in 2012  for a few weeks , stephen bate was a director in 2012 for 4 days ,so what are you saying ,nothing as usual . now i will ask you to provide the evidence  of the connection between westminster and global , i await this with the utmost patience . theory , theory nothing but theory .

The Metis Law accounts were sent to me by Metis Law.  If you had required proof you should have asked for it.  I don't know if you are any good at preparing accounts, but I do know you have demonstrated an absence of knowledge of preparing pension scheme accounts - which have to be complete and independently audited and include proper valuations.  And have to be segregated.  You have failed on all counts.

i dont think i have ever insulted you once  although i have been very tempted . ,but you continually insult me , i was brought in to do a job and i will complete that job in spite of you and not because of you  . when will you get it into that head of yours  i cannot use information  provided by you , i cannot understand why metis sent it to you in the first place as you had no right to have received it . i have no intention of responding to the remainder of your comments.

Not suggesting for a moment this is your fault, but are you saying that you could not produce the accounts because Metis Law are responsible for providing the information first? How is it that ITSL does not know what Metis Law spent the money on? Did 100, 000 go to that Thurlstone, the firm that provided the firm in Southport with the money to pay the loans?

Apparently Swallow and Ward were doing "road shows" around NZ to promote Evergreen.  A bit like Ward did with Ark.  Let me know what hard evidence you require.  When Evergreen got shut down, Ward poured all his efforts into dozens of other scams (including Capita Oak and Westminster) and ruined thousands of further pension savers' lives.  He used his known associates, and they roped in many other bent associates and "professional" solicitors and accountants to "help" facilitate their scams and obscure the truth and facts when they got shut down.

you are exactly right , it would be more than i dare do to accept information from a third party . i cannot tell you how the firm in southport  received funds to pay the thurlstone loans  but i can assure you that it did not come from imperial . miss brooks insists that she has prepared scheme accounts although she admits that she did not have ALL the bank statements so if she still thinks imperial paid the 100k  then let her give me on here the date of the entry on the bank and i will look at the statements that i prepared the accounts from . come on miss brooks this question should solve a lot .

If that Thurlstone did get that 100,000, after it went to Metis Law then it won't be on the Imperial accounts statements I would guess. Did someone from Imperial instruct Metis Law to pay the money from the members' funds to Thurlstone?

i cannot see that metis would have sent monies to thurlstone , on what authority, certainly not from the people here in bromley , i can assure you of that but miss brooks has always said that it came from here but then again she claimed that 1.2 million had been removed although ithas been proved beyond any doubt that it was all paid in correctly  but that is another story from the angela brooks school of theories
