- AngieBrooks replies to Basic accounts| 2 repliesIt is not credible that between July 2013 and October 2014 Metis Law did not provide Imperial with a copy of the accounts. The fraudsters had to know to the penny how much (after deduction of various expenses including Metis Law's fees, Land Registry fees, courier fees etc) went to purchase Store First pods, so they could get their 30% commission, so they would have been watching that like hawks. Downs would have been instructed specifically not to disclose the Metis Law accounts because they included the 100k to Thurlstone and that would have required explanation. The first jobs Downs should have done were to request their accounts, instruct independent valuers for the store pods, and produce full accounts including the Imperial AND Metis Law transactions - both for the scheme and the members individually. The fact that Metis Law provided their accounts to me is a pure red herring. if Metis Law had refused to provide Downs with accounts, but he knew I had a copy he should still have included those transactions in the accounts. Saying I am a "third party" is just nonsense. He could still have produced a full set of accounts but qualified them with a disclaimer saying "the Metis Law accounts were not provided to me direct by ML but via AB".
- Uri Nator| 12 repliesYou have said that many times before Angie. And no dout were here it many more times from you.
Y A W N S - AngieBrooks replies to Uri Nator| 10 repliesAs many times as it takes.
- Yawn replies to Uri NatorThink the best way to make sure she does not ask this again is for someone to actually answer this question.
- Paul T replies to AngieBrooks| 9 repliesEmail received....IF the document is genuine (?) ..it mentions Stone Circle and Global and Sarah D....and nothing else,no mention of Westminster. ..then again it would have been easy to type into an excel spreadsheet the fact that Mickey Mouse and Pluto had transferred their plans into the Institution fund...sorry Angie, hardly hard evidence !
- Stone Circle replies to Paul T| 1 replyIt looks like the people involved with Capita Oak ( TKE of which Duffell is a director ) were involved with Stone Circle. What was the name of the Global Trustees Pension Services scheme then?
- Brian downs replies to AngieBrooksFor the past few months you have been stating that the people in bromley had sent 100k to thurlstone ,now what a surprise you are accusing Metis law
. On the basis that Metis sent you their completion statements you should know who sent the monies to thurlstone . Come on miss brooks be a hero and tell us who it was if you really do know, that is if you really do know. Finally if you persist in making false claims against me then I really will take legal action against you ,I do not care if you live in Spain or on the moon ,so cease and desist now. - Uri NatorAs many times as it takes eh Angie.........
Is it not better to come up with something new? And iam sure things are happening behide the scenes.
But to keep repeatedly say the same thing over and over again is not doing the victoms any good, now is it !
its actually turning this forum into the Anglia Brooks and Downs show, with a few lines thrown in from the victoms - Brian downs replies to Paul TThanks paul, she is going too far
Thanks paul she has gone too far this time - Paul T replies to Stone CircleNo idea but this amazing document says that its signed by Sarah D in 2013.. (when I say signed I mean printed ) when she came off as director in april 2012...Nah..not for me...just....for...you...
- AngieBrooks replies to Paul T| 5 repliesIt was sent from westminster@pptransfers.co.uk (Salih) to Perkins and Fowler - copied to Tom Biggar tom@ncbl.co.uk and Sarah Duffell duffell967@btinternet.com. Previous and subsequent emails discussed difficult Capita Oak and Westminster transfer cases being resisted by Aviva, Friends Life and Standard Life. Fowler wrote to Salih suggesting standard letters for both Capita Oak and Westminster potential clients to use when faced with resistance from ceding providers: "I suspect that they will smell a rat in terms of the provenance of each of the letters, and as such that may diminish their value." He was addressing the fact that objection letters from members wishing to transfer to both CO and Westminster would be identical and it would look like the same "team" was behind both scams. Which, of course, was true. Sadly, it was not until some months later that ceding providers realised the scammers were "coaching" the potential victims. OK, maybe not 100% conclusive evidence - but remember, Paul, you know where this evidence comes from. And why.

- joe-w replies to Paul T| 2 repliesHow many pods in total Is that then Paul ?
- Let's not forget replies to jack| 6 repliesThis scheme was set up for the sole reason of skimming money from the public. Fees were taken up front as there was no intention of running a pension scheme, any correspondence sent to Imperial by worried members was returned unanswered.
The professional advisers to the people that set up the scheme have not been able or willing to explain where the rent has gone, despite months of investigation. How it is that a group of advisers cannot even get a valuer out after months of pleading by the investors is beyond comprehension. Have any steps been taken by the professional advisers to work with Storefirst to liquidate some of the pods to free up funds for transfers and impending retirement? In fact, aren't the trustees/Adminstrators responsible for managing the investments? They are clearly not managing them. If they are not managing them, isn't Storefirst effectively running a UCIS without FCA permission.
Who is looking after the investments in this pension? I suggest the answer is no one. Do the trustees/administrators know even whether any of the units are rented? The occupancy rates? Even an amatuer that invests in buy to lets would be able to answer that question of their own portfolio.
Have the directors of Imperial ever given the members an explanation for all of this?
This thread has turned into people trying to protect reputations and pass the blame. The blame is with the people that designed this and those associated with this at all levels, from inception to investment to admin and the list goes on. I hope you are proud of what you created.
