- AngieBrooks replies to ITSL| 6 repliesPayne also owned TKE that received the 540k "admin" fee (without doing any admin). All the 5% fees went through Payne's TKE company. But Payne was still just a stooge because of the 5%, 2% went to Perkins, Fowler and Ward (250 per transfer). The remaining 3% went to introducers. But Downs is still ignoring the fact that Payne charged an extra 10k for "loss of business" when the Barclays accounts got shut down.
- Chopper Pilot replies to Question| 53 repliesBecause she appointed herself and Hadley had authority to appoint Dunlop. Thought it was common knowledge
- Laughable replies to Uri NatorSo are men that can spell
- AngieBrooks replies to Question| 1 replyBecause Payne had the pin number. He didn't have the pin number for Highgate and Thames so he didn't and couldn't remove me from them.
- Interested replies to AngieBrooks| 5 repliesStill no mention of Hadley and no answer of your two schemes if you were in charge it would have been cleared up by Christmas your words I believe ? How are the Thames and Highgate members doing having someone knowledgable at the helm ??
- Chopper Pilot replies to AngieBrooksHow do you know he doesn't have PIN number? Thought they were in on it. Who does have PIN for all three?
- Not the answer replies to Chopper Pilot| 52 repliesThe question was why didn't Payne remove Dunlop? He must have beenhhappy with the appointment or he would have removed Dunlop straight away. So, Dunlop was there with his blessing while the money went to Thurlstone. The accounts will have to show that payment. We don't want anyone cooking the books.
- AngieBrooks replies to Not the answer| 51 repliesPayne was always a minor player and had no say in who was or wasn't a director - even though he was sole shareholder of ITSL. He basically did as he was told, and I suspect he wasn't consulted about who was director or what went on with the schemes. When Orolfo resigned, he was very reluctant to be a director again and only agreed to be so briefly until another "volunteer" was prepared to put their neck on the line. Don't think he had anything to do with Thames or Highgate (Westminster or Regent). Payne was running TKE Admin (used as a conduit for the 5% fees charged to CO members, then dispersed between Ward, Fowler and Perkins - plus the introducers). Downs' accounts did not break that down to show the 250 per transfer paid to Ward or show what was paid to everyone else and also ignored the 10k claimed by Payne for loss of business when Barclays shut down the Imperial account.
- AngieBrooks replies to InterestedHadley is the only one who has engaged and provided any help. Perkins, Fowler, Ward and Salih just keep quiet while they get on with their next scams. CO would have been cleared up by xmas if Downs hadn't been so obstructive - we would have had proper independent accounts and audit months ago. Probably not his fault as he is only instructed to slow things down and conceal the truth, not expose it. The same team were behind Westminster, but investigations ongoing regarding Regent.
- The accounts replies to AngieBrooks| 50 repliesI would hope that all these transactions will be transparent in the event of a set of accounts being prepared.
Is JH cooperating with this so called investigation by the snail squad? You implied that he started to and so what happened?
Looks like this lot are fallling out with each other and keep to pin the blame somewhere esle. I think the view is that JH was the person that set all this fiasco in motion, yet seems to have kept his name off any documentation. Is Payne the fall guy then? - AngieBrooks replies to The accounts| 49 repliesThere were many "players" in the CO drama - including JH. It would appear that each person had a specific role and only those at the top of the tree knew everything, with some players operating "in the dark". Obviously a deliberate ploy by those in charge to stop any one person from knowing too much. Fowler seems to have been the main coordinator and "Fat Controller", with the rest being a series of tank engines. Perkins was doing some of the admin but apparently made quite a mess of things, and Salih and Duffel executed the transfers. Perkins, Fowler and Downs are trying to pin the blame squarely on Hadley, but although he certainly had a role to play he was by no means the "main man". Fowler is an ex pensions lawyer (Stevens & Bolton, Guildford) and Ward writes Tolleys Pension Taxation - so they are the real experts and know how to make things look legal and plausible even when they are outright scams.
- Another Day replies to AngieBrooks| 47 repliesAnother Theory.... yesterday it was Perkins who was the other 'gentleman' now its Fowler in a top hat who controlled them all.
Lets see what theories play out today.... - BF...SCC...KD..JH...TW... replies to AngieBrooksTime for bed said Zebedee...same old...
- AngieBrooks replies to Another Day| 46 repliesNot theory. Fact. Downs claims he is instructed by Chant but that is just nonsense and obfuscation. He is instructed by Perkins - although not sure the term "gentleman" quite fits. Downs and Perkins are scurrying around now because they didn't want the Thurlstone 100k to come out and they can't quite figure out how to explain it away. Downs deliberately ignored my accounts because they showed the 100k - and refuses to cooperate with me because his instructions are to obscure the facts and truth, not reveal them.
- The screwdriver replies to AngieBrooks| 45 repliesI bet this 100k is like the screwdriver with the prints that the burglar dropped in the robbery. Everyone praying no one would notice it.
- Paul T replies to The screwdriver| 44 repliesNot really...Dunlop told ML to pay it...simple. .
Looks like it came from the 5% too...yes,potential issues with hmrc and what is referred to as the "loan co"....but for me it's hardly cluedo !
In addition, in his circumstances if I'd have been Mr Payne theres every chance I would have claimed compo too !!! - WAs & faupoTHIS IS HOPELESS ALL THE WHILE WE HAVE ANGIE AT THE HELM. We have nothing but egos fighting one another and outlandish theories being put out there.
Next she will promise us this was the illuminati.
The woman is ill. She is on here from 6 am till 3am - Compo replies to Paul T| 42 repliesWhy did Payne deserve compo? Sure we would all like to hear.
If is was so simple, why did it take 4 months for Downs to acknowledge this? - AngieBrooks replies to Paul TIf you had been Payne, hopefully you would have been more careful about the company you kept. Chartwell Trustee Pension Solutions - Payne, Duffell and Burton.
- AngieBrooks replies to Compo| 41 repliesPaul T seems to be suggesting that the 100k to Thurlstone was "compo" for Payne. (That would be in addition to the 10k he snatched when Barclays froze all his accounts, including the Imperial one and the Thames one in July 2013).
