I hope the actions of those South of Watford are looked into as these people set up the scheme in the first place and took fees.

Be in no doubt they have though the words set up the scheme in the first place may need the line " when asked by those in the north, can youset up this pension shell. .." adding

i do not know who you are  so i will not comment other than to say that all members know where their investment is  ok?

The Pensions Ombudsman has ruled that two personal pension providers which transferred a member's pension funds to Capita Oak at his request cannot be held responsible for his losses.

In brief, the Ombudsman has ruled that the member had a statutory right to transfer to another pension scheme, the pension providers completed all the checks that they could have been expected to, and therefore they had no reason to stop him exercising his rights.
