i know i have been on this board a while and have probably asked this before...is the pensions ombudsman investigating Imperial and Capita Oak?
i'm usually on Brians side but..'nothing untoward has happened' have you provided the members with evidence of this?
If the money is in the storage pods, the pods should be sold and the moneyt returned to the investors...i'm sure they would be happy to get back what their pensions without the rent.

The Ombudsman does not investigate these schemes. That is up to another body.

i have looked into the complaints to the ombudsman and some of them were made i n late 2012 and early 2013 , so it has taken them all this time to reach a conclusion , so what can i say to methodology like that .

I would not usually react to this rubbish but this posting is intolerable and I would offer you the chance to phone me but I know you won't . Again i will tell you all that I  became involved in this some two years after it started, all I am trying to do is to locate the missing monies and to get into a position where the investment can be sold or secure the return monies. This is a very difficult task simply because of continually being obstructed but I will continue until completion .in the meantime if you do not cease and desist I assure that I will find you and take the appropriate legal action against you . I have not worked very hard for over 50 years for an undisclosed idiot like you to ridicule me .
