Let me repeat once again that until last October I had never heard of capita oak or anyone that had set the scheme up other than chris Payne who I had not seen for twenty years .every member that phones my office or my mobile is spoken to ,quite often for a considerable time .to say that I refuse to take calls is an outright lie .i represent imperial and capita oak and am totally independent of anyone and to say that I represent the people who set the scheme up is again totally untrue again  and why that is said I do not know.considerable progress has been made but for the final information we are being obstructed by two companies but I assure that we shall continue with this until we are given all the information that is needed.

Agree entirely...though what you have to think about is who were the directors of  ITSL at the time etc...the fact that someone like Brian  (who probably regrets the day) started to assist and Mr Chant had the guts to put his hand in the air and say "I'll do it" is braver than most..me included as many know.

You are working for Alan Fowler and Bill Perkins both of which were involved from the start albeit in the back ground and they both knew exactly what they were doing so don't come on here and try to convince people that you are not representing the bad guys because the absolute truth is that you are.

trouble is I wish I was wrong - this must all be very confusing for many people, but deliberately giving the impression he is trying to help when all he is doing is protecting the guilty parties is just downright wicked. if he was genuine he would put things in writing (which he never does)

I give advice ,that is all ,and I am totally independent as I have to be and always have been and I certainly do not have to take instructions from bill Perkins  and Alan fowler. As I keep saying we are nearly there and would have been weeks or months ago had it not been for certain people being obstructive but again I assure you I will see this through for the benefit of all members.

Do not insult me ,what do you want me to put in writing ,when the time is right all will be put in writing ,that is why I keep offering to speak to members ,I will not and cannot give information on this site .rather than insult me why not phone me and ask the questions and if there is an answer at present then you will be given that answer . Don't forget that two government authorities have been looking at this scheme for over a year and they have not reached a conclusion as yet .

Paul T can you see why some people may be dubious of Mr Downs when he is a self confessed friend of Bill Perkins.

If this scheme was concocted by people "North of Watford" why is it now being "helped" by someone (Mr Downs) who is a very good friend of someone who had "nothing to do with the running of the scheme" Bill Perkins

Surely every other accusation aside that does seem slightly strange you have to admit especially when Perkins has been accused of being a shadow director

Perkins has been in it since it began and he has made a handsome profit too. Downs is trying to keep him out of the limelight and Perkins is paying Downs to do so. Bill Perkins and Alan Fowler know EXACTLY what is going on. These two have taken lots of money unlawfully and they simply couldn't give a shite about the people they have dun over.

(why im bothering answering god knows)...because North of Watford asked South of Watford to help with the scheme....then North of Watford took his bat and ball home and got South of Watfords  connection in the north to do admin because as usual,North and south don't mix...allegedly.
