Get an independent accountant/auditor in,all they are doing is digging a big hole for themselves and making it obvious this is a coverup

Now, I would issue a stat demand for the 1.6 mill as per contract  if Storefirst say they've paid then they would have to disclose who they paid as they could have winding up procedures start and that would not be good for reputation .If they pay up , my thoughts only, who are they protecting

agree, most people would issue a stat demand for a couple of grand let alone 1.6m so why havent imperial done this? seems to me the answer is simple ie imperial were part of the theft

You have to exhaust all avenues first, and who says they haven't , the letter states instructed legal proceedings

Do not get confused with imperial mark one from September 12 until august14 and then imperial mark two from October 14 to date ,totally different people with totally different aims .

by that i mean his co operation and information may well be vital in obtaining valuations or even finding 1.6 and any associated commissions but that doesn't seem forthcoming

If this guy is complicit in the missing money why would he cooperate unless forced to by law?
