- Hadley| 1 replyHadley is Angies best mate and and that's how it has all come about. She isn't independent as she is taking instructions from Hadley.
She is [***] herself again. - joe-w| 29 repliesGood afternoon Brian,
A few points I think are worth asking, and request your response.
Who gave Hadley authority to act? ITSL,must have been aware of where the money was being invested, they are legally responsible for the investment, therefore why allow Hadley to act?
Who holds the title deeds for the pods? I'm officially requesting copies off all title deeds,of all pods.
Can you confirm who the scheme advisors are, currently and previously,if different ?
Can you forward a copy of the scheme agreement, between ITSL and storefirst?
What information as already been received? This was not and as not been communicated to members.
And lastly but most importantly.why have the police not yet been called in as it is most apparent that the 1.6 million has been at the very least lost, and more likely diverted away from the scheme.
I trust you will get back to me BY e-mail by end of play today,Brian. - Brian. Downs replies to joe-w| 4 repliesMessage to joe. Mr downs is not in the office today ,he says he will phone you on. Monday .

- fox replies to joe-w| 17 replieshadleys authority came from dunlop(director)
Scheme agreement...not a clue what it looks like, ask hadley, whittaker and dunlop
police are involved - joe-w replies to fox| 16 repliesEasy to type that,I'm looking for official confirmation
- Good points replies to joe-wYour legal adviser has made a few good points there.
- English teacher (remedial) replies to Brian. DownsOdd coincidence that Downs' secretary has the exact same problem with basic punctuation as Downs himself?
- Compliance Officer replies to joe-wI would just like to make a point, having dealt with regulation for a number of years. There have been all sorts of regulators that have come and gone since 1988. The rules have changed, goalposts have been moved, awards given by the FSCS using hindsight as a weapon and I could go on.
There is, however, one thing that the regulators have never wavered from and that is that " If it is not in writing and on the file, it never happened''. Ensure professional advice that you take is in writing or record the calls (with the permission of the other party), or there will be no comeback. The "He said this and I said that" is extremely hard to deal with later on.
I would hope you get the answers you seek, in writing. - fox replies to joe-w| 15 repliesthe Hadley / Dunlop confirmation is in the announcement
- Trustee replies to fox| 14 repliesI am not sure an announcement from a person that does not meet the requirements of a trustee meets the criteria of suitable confirmation, there is no factual evidence to back this up. That is not to say that the announcement is not 100% correct. If Mr W is going to speak to legal advisers, they are going to demand more than that.
- Worried| 1 replyI've had a letter from Timoran Capital Trust asking me (as a member because they nicked my pension) to agree to Mark Carter becoming a Director of Omni Trustees (Henley Retirement Benefit Scheme or Robbers to give it the correct name) so this can be resolved, is this O.K or another scam, I've been in touch with Pensions Regulator and The Insolvency Service and they tell me less than nothing, comments please.
- Paul T replies to Trustee| 13 repliesI have seen the documents that Metis provided to Itsl, and the statement made in the announcement with regard to instructions is within these documents..
- Secret Squirrel replies to Paul T| 12 repliesThe "in crowd" may have seen this but no one else has.
- Paul T replies to Secret Squirrel| 11 repliesAnd...? I am confirming it
- joe-w replies to Paul T| 2 repliesWas anything in the document regards reasons the 1.6 wasn't paid to imperial, after all it must have been in the agreement to pay it to imperial
- Paul T replies to joe-w| 1 replySorry Joe...no
- joe-w replies to Paul TThe elusive 1.6 million never to be recovered never to be spoken of the mystery of capita oak
- Another Squirrel replies to Paul T| 7 repliesPrintscreen of this is confirmation? I think documentary evidence that is verified is more important.
