Obviously all the CO victims would like to be optimistic but Joe is being realistic. Nobody involved in this scam takes delight in any aspect of CO and ITSL. Joe has not made comments plucked out of mid air - read what Deloittes said in their warning about Store First http://www.ssauk.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/StoreFirstMediaRelease.pdf. The business model doesn't work and there is no market for second-hand pods.  Safestore and Big Yellow are bona fide businesses which don't depend on attracting Ponzi-style "investment" so you can't compare Store First to them.  No scaremongering here, just the sad realisation that the assets are probably worthless thanks to the scammers who ran Capita Oak with the sole object of making money out of the victims' investments and leaving the members hung out to dry.

The Official Receiver wants to hear from anyone who was involved in the Henley scam piu.north@insolvency.gsi.gov.uk and think all those who are victims of Capita Oak should do likewise and name and shame all the scammers behind CO and ITSL

If you give them ( the O R )chance  (only happened 4pm yesterday) that's exactly what will happen. Nothing to do with naming and shaming though, more about how things came about and a sequence of events for each member.May benefit to listen to R4 again early next week as the INVESTIGATIVE journalists  that have been all over this for 12 months continue to shine.
