Agreed, it is about time the people behind the master plan who conned so many people for their own personal gain face the music. It sickens me what they have done and it would be nice to see some justice. More importantly though I hope the CO members will be able to transfer out and walk away with something. This may well be a reduced amount but at least they'll be untied from this shameless scheme.

He might have good lawyers but everyone knows he's bent. Attacked in his own home already for being bent. What goes around comes around enough said!

I think I would prefer if the money was returned then other solutions, lets try and keep it legal

That 8% isn't from income generated but taken from someone else's investment. I had thought ponzy schemes were illegal so why has he been shut down?

Be patient.  These things take time.  Anyone associated with or promoting Group First/Store First/Park First/Cemetery First/Equestrian First/Toilet First is a crook and will go down with TW.

i see what you did there 'Glenn' just had a look at that investment and the terms are a little different to ParkFirst...not sure about how much of a secure investment it would be compared to TW@s carparks

Start complaining now.... https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-a-limited-company if they receive enough complaints about SF they will have to investigate, at the moment its only ITSL and CO that are being looked at. Put SF in the limelight too, the customers who use the pods may be happy (according to the ever reliable Feefo) but the investors are being conned.
