It's always funny when the perps are rumbled...they resort to tactics that a 10 year old would use.

So what now? When is ITSL going to make an announcement? What will happen to the store pod assets?

I'm not sure? i have not seen any of the emails that have been going around..just an outsider looking in.
Was ownership of the pods ever established? i remember a while back someone had said that there was a tendancy to register one pod to a number of people.
I think Paul T would have a better idea of the next steps that taken, l wasnt a victim of the scam and anything i do post on here is purely to help people get their money back, its why i have never asked to see any emails/letters etc

All the pods will have to be liquidated in order to get a value of the scheme by the O R..

is that all the pods that were bought by Capita Oak with the pension money? what if (we know it isnt really an IF) the pods are found to be worth very little? how will the receiver try to recover the funds in that case?

Will the OR be appointing an insolvency practitioner? If so, then the OR is unlikely to liquidate the pods unless they are made of perishable produce.

I think the pods perished a long time ago - about the time they were purchased.

They promote store first as an investment opportunity!! Nothing else to say..the high commission returns make everyone jump on the band wagon
