What happens when we get to the end?

All the victims each have their own title deed and their own little piece of Store First land. Will the perpetrators of this scheme try to get them to sell back at a loss, hoping they can hoover them all back up on the cheap? Would it be better for as many of the victims as possible to transfer their land en bloc into one big trust?

Does anyone have a map that shows who owns what?

Hopefully the deeds will show ITSL as owners, being trustees. Each victim does not have an identified portion as the people that took the 5% admin fee walked off and left the mess behind. The double whammy was the stolen rent and inflated prices to skim commission. The people behind this would never buy them back as they know it is a poor investment. Once the current shadow directors are replaced with a proper insolvency team I suppose these question should be asked of them as you won't get a straight answer at the moment.

my sentiments exactly, I'm a qualified accountant myself.I've been watching this blog over the last few months,and have come to the conclusion, that everything that could have been done ,hasn't been done.
Mr Downs seems to be the slowest accountant ever, or there was a deliberate stalling process.only my own professional opinion,it's a complete mess and should have been handed over,months ago.

I worked as a purchase ledger controller and was involved in the annual audit. The first thing we had to do was a stock control and everything was dropped to get it done on the instructions of the auditor. Why was no serious attempt to bring this to a head last October and force the issue? Why did it take months to come to the conclusions the BBC came to last year? The ''ever popular'' Brookes did try and get a firm of accountants in but Payne blocked it. Remember, the shadow directors chose the accountant. Let's hope sense now prevails.

Call me a sceptic, but i believe things like this are left much longer so the FCA et al and IFAs can spout the usual " never invest with unregulated companies" like they usually do. Notwithstanding there has been more fraud and mis selling by regulated companies than non regulated.
I think it is done to try and stop pension transfers into any thing else apart from under-performing " run of the mill" regulated investments. Long enough to scare the public into leaving pensions where they are

This is nothing to do with the FCA, the pension regulator should have looked at this but they tend to turn a blind eye to these scams. Lots of sceptics will have similar views but at least there is a compensation scheme for regulated screw ups of which there have been a lot.

All we can hope for is the banning of all those directors from being in office again as well as those in the background pulling the strings.

Well they're not named in relation to comissions which were unknown at the commencement of the scheme and 1.6 million in returns money in 100's of pages of documents read in court prepared by the authorities

I meant Downs posting as you. You mean the scammers got caught out by better scammers . Let's hope an established professional firm is appointed to get to the bottom of this and that no stone is left unturned and holds everyone to account.

So are you going to help the authorities by making sure all of the facts bring all the scammers to justice?  And by "all" I mean including Perkins and Fowler.

They have the facts..they have the information.
Let's hope that those...whoever...receive justice ..that's it.. if I'm asked an opinion I give it.
